Got a 6 pack, that was more expensive than the store at the Christian’s location. The Cinnabons were terrible, I ate 1/2 of one, threw the rest out. Almost destroyed my love for Cinnabon. No matter how bad the reviews get, corporate won’t do anything f as long as they keep making money. Customer service and quality and pride in your product no longer exists.

@Shaniqua you waited 46mins for a Cinnabon?Did you ever get it?

The manager had a nasty attitude talking to people in a nasty tone. I asked the cashier not to give me the Cinnabon that was hard and dry looking soon as I went to the drinking fountain she was trying to close the upside-down box. I went to the car to eat and it was stale and hard I took it back and thank God there was a different cashier who looked overworked she was nice and to care of my unpleasant situation. Thank you Makeda

I give this place ZERO stars. Went there today and stood by the register ready to order. I was the only customer there. The two ladies working completely ignored me because they were too busy playing with one of the staff members bracelet. When I told them I was ready to order the one staff member made an annoyed look and walked over to the register and didn’t even bother to make eye contact and continued to play with her bracelet while asking me what I wanted to order. When I told her.. she and the other lady continued on with a conversation once again completely ignoring me. I was sooo shocked . I felt like I was in a tv show where my patience was being tested. I told her I was ready to pay and they continued on with their conversation . I was mind blown and told them “never mind” and left . Worst experience everrrrr!

Coffee is terrible!! VERY acidic whether dark or medium roast. The counter person was very kind to replace the dark roast coffee which was not drinkable with a medium roast. So very acidic & with an aftertaste. Not smooth at all! Yuck!We drink dark roast at home (Mayorga Cafe Cubano) and anywhere we travel. This is the first in a long time that we could not drink the coffee.

Good for a quick grab breakfast & lunch sandwiches, coffee both hot or iced! The sandwiches are pre made for the day and the pastries are not bad either.Obviously, the UK stores have better tasting breads and meats but it's definitely better than competitors.

Nice rest stop if you need a break on your way south before hitting up Maryland House. Offers massage chairs, open outlets along the wall of for some reason you need a quick charge, a perfume and jewelry kiosk, Z Market, basically a glorified bodega for you New Yorkers. There is also plenty to eat. Starbucks is both inside and a stand alone is outside if you just want to zip through. The available "eateries" are Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon, which are cruelly side by side. Then Carvel, the old staple that is Burger King, Popeyes, Panda Express & Pret A Manger. Bathrooms are usually clean and maintained when I come thru. All in all a nice rest stop.

Love having Pret as a rest stop option. Tasty food. We picked up soups and sandwiches. There was a sign saying no coffee available - just hot chocolate and chai. Maybe a staffing issue? Prices are higher because it's a rest stop.

Stopped there a few times and everytime I was told with an attitude that they’re closed

Half the time most of the businesses aren't open. Staff is slow and rude. They named it appropriately when they named it after Slow Joe!

I stop here regularly between NJ and DC and it is always filthy and under serviced. At least 50 percent of the time I am approached by a man at the gas station begging for money "for gas." As a woman traveler this is very disturbing. I will definitely be passing by this rest stop in the future.

Connabons we got were doughy...like they weren't quite done.

A nice rest stop along the I-95 entry into Delaware. Labeled with Biden all over, and very busy, but very nice with a good selection of restaurants, coffee, and more. There were a few broken sinks and stalls in the bathroom, but probably inevitable with the amount of foot traffic here. Fair number of electric charging stations outside. Expensive peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, though, so pack your own!

B.U.S.Y. AF, but convenient, clean, good fast food choices, and modern. Halfway through a multi-state road-trip, this place was a "welcome" break!

Packed on a sunny summer weekend. It was hard to find a good parking spot and there were tons of people. This used to be one of my fave rest stops in the area but dang. Today, it was just off. A couple stores were closed and the men's and women's rooms on the left side were closed. So everyone had to go to the ones on the right. Very crowded and less than ideal. The food places were pretty packed but I did not like my food (Popeyes). Everything was made and sitting around. My chicken was actually dry and not tasty. The mashed potatoes had too much weird stuff in them. Did not like. Even the Coke Zero tasted off.
