These are fake-a-bon. Had my daughter pick up some as we are not close. They were different. Lemon? Cinnamon? Neither were right. Went to another location to check and they were normal.NO LEMON 2nd time this happened here. What a shame. She didn't try till we got home over an hour away. Never again. A waste of money.

These cinnabuns tasted like lemon it was horrible why would they change the recipe? It used to be so good. And I do like lemon but was not expecting that.

This place needs a zero star rating I went to purchase a dozen large cinnamon buns there was none ready the girl told me that they'll be ready in 7 minutes then asked me to pay OK I did so I give the young lady 21.00 dollars the bill was 20.99 and she takes it and puts it the cash register I asked for my change no reply she tells me to wait at the end of the counter I do so then I'm watch her treat about ten people the same way not returning they're change it might be a penny but in a months time it adds up specially in the mall , I asked the young lady for my money back I'm not being cheap its the way they treat people in the place of business in the mall expecting people don't want there change but a penny adds up in this day in age we live in everything is so high that the value of a penny is gone but it's add up if you save them ! P.S. Cinnanabon is making money or they wouldn't be there but the service to customers who go they won't be in business long

I've been to other Cinnamon locations and they were great. This location, however, not so much. I got the four pack of cinnabons a few days ago, and they were all very dry and had barely any of the icing that they put on them. Even with the extra icing they gave me to go with them they still weren't that great. You barely even taste the cinnamon. They taste more like sweet bread than a cinnabon. Not to mention, the employee who was helping me barely made any eye contact, nor did she smile. Plus she barely said anything and was very dismissive when the transaction came to an end. Overall, I was very disappointed with this location. I won't be back until things start improving. Shame, considering that I like Cinnabon.

Two times I have come here and the person who has taken my order has kept on the same gloves they wore when handling money.
Last time I came out was a young girl and I mentioned the purpose of them even wearing gloves. The manager with the colorful hair just looked at me from The dough table.
Same manager was here today when a man in his mid to late 20s was behind the counter. Same thing happened. Handling the food and taking my money with the same gloves on, doesn't change them when we are done leaving.
Watch yourself. Hopefully someone higher up will see this review and educate their staff on food safety. Disappointed. I will just go to the kiosk one by Hot Topic for now on.
