Normally I have a great experience at this location . Today I wasn’t greeted had to approach the team member and when I asked about my cookies she gave me 2 cookies that were wrong didn’t even ask my name or look up my order . I said thank you when I received the cookie and she looked at me and turned around ! Never had customer service thus poor at this location . It won’t stop me from visiting but highly disappointed with this visit !
The cookies are ALWAYS delicious!!! This particular store is always packed with staff and customers. Although I have yet to be welcomed or greeted when I've come in this store, I can tell they are always busy. I wish the employees at this store would make more of an effort to be friendly, smile, and just be pleasant. If I felt as welcomed as the cookies taste, this could be a 10 star review.
My girlfriend and I decided to try Crumbl Cookies for the first time to satisfy our curiosity, given the mixed reviews from friends and family who either love them or hate them. Overall, we found the cookies to be pretty average. The texture wasn’t really to my taste, and the toppings and frostings leaned way too sweet. I’ve had much better cookies—both homemade and even store-bought. The only flavors I somewhat enjoyed were the blueberry muffin and cornbread cookies. While...
