Messed up my order and was was very rude about it. I went inside to get it fixed and they gave me attitude and were very condescending about it. Even after I apologized they threw away the mistake order and still messed up the remake order.

Crossing this location off our lost, melted ice cream. We ordered three blizzards and were told to sit, and they would bring them out to the table. Sadly, our prepared blizzards sat on the counter melting, until someone realized they needed to bring them over. Disappointing to receive a half melted blizzard.

l ordered a chocolate peanut butter milkshake for another person and it came out perfect. I ordered a large butterfinger blizzard substituting with chocolate soft serve and peanut butter added in for myself. My fiancé got the same thing but size small and with vanilla ice cream, but they made my large blizzard with vanilla too when I asked to sub chocolate so that really sucks! I think they were being lazy and just wanted to make it all together, but I like chocolate better and we pay to get what we want. I hate realizing that it’s wrong when I’m already home and don’t feel like going back out right now so I have to deal with vanilla. Also, when I went in to pick it up I asked for extra whipped cream and they put a tiny bit I so had to put on my one at home. This sucks!

The food here came out fresh & hot! The sweet cashier even brought our food to the table and allowed us to get our ice cream after we ate. Unfortunately while waiting for the ice cream, a different cashier got flustered and was yelling at me multiple times when I accidentally “crossed” the line where the ice cream is prepared, I wasn’t aware that we couldn’t just walk up, but she preceded to yell unnecessarily loud even after I moved back. Besides that loud cashier, I had a good experience!

Five stars because I usually love Dairy Queen and this location. But my last experience was not good. Please train your employees not to put bread into the microwave when melting cheese. The bottom bun was so overcooked that it was like tearing through beef jerky.

I like the Dairy Queen on Chestnut Hill Rd. The ice cream is always good — Blizzards, cones, and dipped cones are my go-to. The people working there are nice and they move pretty quick even when it’s busy. They’ve got food too — burgers, fries, chicken strips — it’s nothing fancy but it’s good if you just want something quick with your ice cream. Inside is clean, but it’s not super big, so a lot of times I just use the drive-thru. Sometimes the line can get a little long, but it’s worth it. It’s just a nice, family-spot to grab a treat on a hot day or after school.

Don't get delivery the order is always wrong. I wanted no ketchup, mustard or pickles on my burger and it was wrong as always.
