Came and got a meal food was real good but couldn’t get past the staff member being disrespectful to an elderly man with a hearing problem. He was just asking for help to pour his drink and it was just very rude manager(looked like it anyway) was there and just laughed and shook her head at him too

I went here to get choclate ice cream with chocolate syrup I asked them to make sure it’s syrup and not hot fudge, though please because people sometimes put hot fudge on it instead of syrup. then she said to me “ well you asked for syrup so why would it be hot fudge?” and I told her that sometimes people put hot fudge on it instead of the syrup. i kept it respectful & she was very rude when i pulled up to the window & i didn’t say anything & after she gave me all my stuff she slammed the window in my face. Shes white with glasses & pink hair, i believe her name is Ruth. I’ve never had a bad experience here until now. She was beyond negative for no reason.

Online it says the store closes at 10 PM. I came to the store at 10:47 PM. I got in line for the drive-through I go to order my meal and they tell me that the grills are off and that I can’t get any food. I know people are tired and trying to go home but if the restaurant is open until 10 then they should be able to take my order
