Great, just like the location in Newport. The only difference I've seen is the French fries and both are good!

They serve one of the best sauces i have found for your hotdogs. It has a slight spice and such good flavor. The staff is always so friendly. They offer bottled drinks as well as a soda machine. The bathroom was clean everytime I've used it. I love the deerhead fries. They have a tv s and retro chair and tables.

They have the best hotdogs and french fries.

Reasonably priced food to go (although there are tables there).

I haven't been here in about 15+ years. Walking in here was like a time capsule; exactly how I remembered it. I used to come here as a kid with my grandparents.

Love Deerhead hotdogs. Looking forward to picking up my order after work today. Pack of 10 single dogs. Only thing I asked for was for the sauce, mustard and onions in containers. Sad to say all condiments were on each dog. I and my 2 grandsons do not eat onions. I had to scrap off the onions and In doing so I lost most of the sauce. Disappointed.

I Love DeerHead Hot Dogs It's been a staple in my family since I was a little kid. My dad always reminded me that the original was a bar Maryland avenue location is great. Love the atmosphere service a plus but the Newark location on the other hand was horrible. Me and my son rushed there on a cold winter night to get some food perfectly. Making sure we showed up there at 6:25 plenty of time before closing at 7:00 just to be told that they weren't doing anymore dining in orders because they were closed even though it says online that they close at 7:00. So fine. We ordered hot dogs to go and with fries but yet they had no more fries. Sure that was total BS. They just didn't want to make any more fries at night? Very disappointing and infuriating. They need to do better. Step it up! Newark change your hours online if that's what you need to do. Don't kick me out when I get there 35 minutes before closing

Nice spot for a decent meal. Try their special sauce on the hot dog. Their Ruben is one of the best too.

This is the WORST Deehead I have ever been too. The food is awfull and the people working there are rude and inconsiderate...
Plus I planned on going there to grab a burger. It was 6:40 when I got there and they were closed. Supposed to close at 7:00
I really didnt mind because the food isnt that good the staff is rude and I dont think they EVER got my order right... My order is ALWAYS wrong when I go there. Maybe they will do us all a favor and STAY CLOSED !!

I would have taken a picture of my double dog with everything (I should have) but it went in my stomach too fast. I could not resist the kryptonite of this food.
Excellent for all the traditional reasons.

Onions were crispy fresh and bright ?
Ketchup and mustart were not too heavy
The sauce, OMG the sauce. In point and it made my day.

Service was seriously fast and helpful for this first timer. (but not my first double dog). They bring your Oder to your table. A nice touch.

The place had a steady stream of hot dog lovers. I watched a guy order two doubles and the ask how long was the foot-long. My kind of customers. It was a treat.

No frills. Excellent experience.
Back on my diet tomorrow.

VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! I PICKED UP A DOOR DASH ORDER DURING A RAINING DAY. SOON AS WALKED IN THE ESTABLISHMENT I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE DESK/REGISTER AND I WAS ASKED CAN I BE HELPED WITH SOMETHING AS IF I WAS LOST. I SAID I HAVE A DOORDASH "S.Z". I WAS TOLD I CAN'T BE SERVED WITH A HOOD ON AND I TO TAKE MY HOOD OFF IMMEDIATELY. I ASKED WHY? THE WOMAN SAID BECAUSE THEY WERE ROBBED BEFORE. FOR ONE, I'M NOT A CUSTOMER, IM CONTRACTED INDEPENDENTLY AND WORKING WITH RESTAURANT!! SECOND, I HAVE NOTHING COVERING MY FACE, MY HOOD WAS BARELY COVERING MY HEAD. I HAD IT ON TO KEEP MY HAIR FROM GETTING WET. SOMEONE HAVING A HOOD ON DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE THERE TO ROB YOU! ALSO, HAVING PEOPLE TAKE THEIR HOODS DOWN WON'T STOP YOU FROM BEING ROBBED AGAIN!
