It is a rest stop. Not sure what I was expecting, but disappointed by the fried rice that wasn’t fried and had no flavor. Tasted like dry white rice from yesterday. The mains were fine, I guess.
Way overpriced, compared to normal due to convenience of it being a rest area in the middle of a toll road. Would not stop here again.

Super expensive here. I just ordered plates with drink, ended up with $25. I always order same in other stores about $17, Evan airports in ATL, DFW about $20. And they don't do panda rewards, the receipt without any pricing info just total and payment methods.

Expensive and poor quality. We love panda but this location sucks. Chow mein was undercooked, and tasted wrong. Linke too much ginger. Fried rice was super bland and undercooked. Orange chicken was good. Beef and broccoli was also undercooked and bland. It was very busy and the cooks are not able to properly cook the food. Sad

I visited the Panda Express at the service plaza on Saturday 4/25/26 at around 4:10 PM, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I did not have any issues with the other employees, but the cashier was not professional during my interaction.
The cashier rushed me through the ordering process and did not give me the opportunity to fully customize my meal. I was not asked if I wanted drinks or additional items, and I felt pressured and rushed. When I tried to add more food, I was not properly engaged and felt a dismissive attitude in the way I was handled.
Even though I was paying for everything and simply trying to have a normal, pleasant dining experience, I felt rushed rather than properly served as a customer. This experience made me feel unwelcome.
Yesterday, I was at the same service plaza location at Dunkin’ Donuts, and the experience was completely different. The staff there were professional, polite, and had a positive attitude, which made the visit smooth and pleasant. This contrast made the experience at Panda Express stand out even more, as I expected a similar level of professionalism and customer service.
I expect a higher level of respect and customer service when dining out. I will not be returning to this location, and I will also be sharing my experience with my drivers and driver community to advise them to avoid this Panda Express location. I hope management takes steps to improve service so future customers do not experience the same frustration

Don’t get why this Panda Express location is rated so low, I came on a busy travel day to New York, and service was extremely quick. Got a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken and it tasted just fine. I will be coming back on my next trip to New York.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I tried to speak to the manager, the cashier threw napkins in my face, which was extremely disrespectful. The manager didn’t help at all—she only asked if I paid, and when I said yes, she dismissed me and said “have a good night” without addressing the issue.
Both the cashier and the manager (both wearing glasses) were unprofessional and rude. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I will never come back here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered Panda Express' 3 entree plate which had Orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken and Honey Walnut shrimp that came with 2 sides (chowmein and fried rice). It was enough for the three of us and the taste was good.

12:30pm lunch time on a Tuesday, they ran out of fried rice , black pepper chicken, teriyaki chicken , lemon chicken , barley any food was available, they should really step up their production during lunch. Spoke with the plaza manager hopefully they take note and improve in the future
