This place is consistently behind. If you place an order just plan on showing up at least 10 minutes after your pick up time. Not only that check your order before you leave. I have had to have this location fix my order on 2 separate occasions. They also do not quality check your food. I was supposed to have had an extra pepperoni pan pizza well done. The dough wasn't risen on the edge, there wasn't extra pepperoni and the pizza was also not well done (you can tell by looking at the pepperoni).

Should Dominos get any stars if they screw up the address and cancel the order after trying to get your neighbor 2 doors down to pay for your food? Maybe, if they had called me. But an hour after I ordered Dominos was a no show so I called them and they agreed to make a new order and deliver it to the right address. I called 30 min later and I was told I needed to put the order in again into their system because they lost it. So I put the order in and in 30 minutes Papa Johns got me my hot Pizza.

I ordered from this Domino's location twice and both times they messed up my order. They continue to send me emails and points to make up for the poor service but I do not recommend this location. I just got to be honest. The more food I order, the more I get deliveries with missing items and they're not willing to come back to my home to deliver the items.

If they mess up your order, be sure to adress the store manager Chris like he is the all mighty God above or else he will refuse to make it right. (His delicate sensabilities can't handle a frustrated customer) so just be weary of how you try and get your food made right.

This is a very bad experience. Both the food and customer service are terrible. I got two undercooked pizzas. You can see and taste the dough. I sent pictures to the stores, but it was not enough for a refund. They asked me to drive the pizza back to them.!!?

Food - it's dominos it's good, except mine wasn't a little cool. Service - Terrible, the app lied and said 6-11 mins instead it was +30mins. Once my food was ready they didn't call my name, the TV showed it my food was finished and waited at the counter for 10mins until an employee helped me. During that 10 mins I asked multiple times for my food and was just told to wait a second as others continued to be served their food. Atmosphere - terrible it's full of people sitting and waiting for their food in a terrible mood and complaining about the inaccurate wait times.
Overall - don't go here if you want dominos then go to another store, even if it's 10mins farther it will at least be a better experience, and the wait will probs the same because you won't get your food when it's ready!

Best manager hands down. Myra took care of us so we'll. we ordered 40 pizzas and she gave us a much better deal than Papa John's. Everything was ready on time, she was super helpful. They brought all our pizzas out to us to help load. I wish we were local she would make our band dinners so much easier. Thanks again MYRA!! ?? You're the best!

Samira makes the best pizza hands down! but this time it was another team member and there was less cheese and toppings than usual, so I brought the whole pizza back asking to have it remade. Assistant manager Bryan or Ryan (high out of his mind and playing in the wrong work field) took my phone to look up the order number, then took both my phone and the pizza to the office for five minutes to call the gm, then comes back opening the pizza box repeatedly looking at it and then concludes that the pizza looked fine to him and refused to remake it or refund me the money. I thought I seen everything but this was something else. He thought it was ok to take the food in the back office and then hand it back to me and expect me to eat it after, that's his thinking process, how many brain cells this brother has.. Made a whole scene out of nothing, he kept my money and had my food tossed, I wish I was making this up.

On 9/4/24 around 4 or 5 pm, I ordered online and came in to pick it up. A young man said hello right away asked if I had an order online and gave me my order. He was very polite with yes and no and thank yous. I was in a aggravated mood and he made it so much better and told me I could go out the side door. He had dark hair and kinda a goatee and facial hair. Super sweet guy. Glad he was there. The food was hot and just as I ordered.

It was my first time ever walking into Domino's. The lady was not only not welcoming at all but almost aggressively yelling at me. I have asked for a chicken tenders for my toddler who learned somewhere about Domino's, I was so excited to get him something. I asked for a menu, she proceeded being rude. I just walked thanking for a great customer service. Terrible, will never ever go into any Domino's. 8.01.24
