Staff/ delivery guy pretended he didn’t know what was going on, where my food was and didn't even bring the food to the door. Worst experience ordering food ever. Communication- 0. Placed an order online. All accepted online until I put my payment in. Then waited 7 minutes to accept my payment. I finally hung up. Called to see if my order went through. Was told it did not. The employee didn't even offer to take my order via phone. Uniformed employees as to how to provide good customer service. Never ordering online, via phone, or in person again.

There is very limited parking, but they leave the delivery car in one of the 2 spaces available (not included handicap spaces). I had to illegally park in one of the handicapped spaces because there is no where else other than a fire lane and a university only lot. But I stayed in the car and watched the status of the pizza on their website so that if I needed to move, I would. The order said finished and ready for pick up, so I went in, only to be told it would be 3 more minutes.
More parking is desperately needed, and they should find a permanent parking area for their delivery car.

This place is consistently behind. If you place an order just plan on showing up at least 10 minutes after your pick up time. Not only that check your order before you leave. I have had to have this location fix my order on 2 separate occasions. They also do not quality check your food. I was supposed to have had an extra pepperoni pan pizza well done. The dough wasn't risen on the edge, there wasn't extra pepperoni and the pizza was also not well done (you can tell by looking at the pepperoni).

Should Dominos get any stars if they screw up the address and cancel the order after trying to get your neighbor 2 doors down to pay for your food? Maybe, if they had called me. But an hour after I ordered Dominos was a no show so I called them and they agreed to make a new order and deliver it to the right address. I called 30 min later and I was told I needed to put the order in again into their system because they lost it. So I put the order in and in 30 minutes Papa Johns got me my hot Pizza.

I ordered from this Domino's location twice and both times they messed up my order. They continue to send me emails and points to make up for the poor service but I do not recommend this location. I just got to be honest. The more food I order, the more I get deliveries with missing items and they're not willing to come back to my home to deliver the items.

If they mess up your order, be sure to adress the store manager Chris like he is the all mighty God above or else he will refuse to make it right. (His delicate sensabilities can't handle a frustrated customer) so just be weary of how you try and get your food made right.

Food - it's dominos it's good, except mine wasn't a little cool. Service - Terrible, the app lied and said 6-11 mins instead it was +30mins. Once my food was ready they didn't call my name, the TV showed it my food was finished and waited at the counter for 10mins until an employee helped me. During that 10 mins I asked multiple times for my food and was just told to wait a second as others continued to be served their food. Atmosphere - terrible it's full of people sitting and waiting for their food in a terrible mood and complaining about the inaccurate wait times.
Overall - don't go here if you want dominos then go to another store, even if it's 10mins farther it will at least be a better experience, and the wait will probs the same because you won't get your food when it's ready!

Best manager hands down. Myra took care of us so we'll. we ordered 40 pizzas and she gave us a much better deal than Papa John's. Everything was ready on time, she was super helpful. They brought all our pizzas out to us to help load. I wish we were local she would make our band dinners so much easier. Thanks again MYRA!! ?? You're the best!
