Absolutely unacceptable experience. We ordered Domino’s Pizza through Uber Eats. The app said Domino’s would deliver the order themselves. I stood outside waiting — no one ever showed up. Yet Domino’s claimed the pizza was delivered, which it definitely was not.
When we called to figure it out, the staff were extremely rude, didn’t try to help, and hung up the phone on us. No solution, no refund, nothing. We basically got our money stolen.
This is unacceptable customer service, and I’ll never order from this Domino’s again. Shameful.

On thanksgiving eve 2024, at 11:11 p.m., your manager, who is a young, black, well-spoken, and highly professional took good care of me at this store and I just want to give him praise he deserves and hopefully other guest can go in and have a great interaction with him like I did as well as hoping corporate acknowledges his worth; because you have a great asset to the company right there. Kudos to you young man. I hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving with your family, enjoy your mom's food, and enjoy watching some football despite being an Eagles fan. You're awesome!

Attempts to get refunded have been met with we will call you back. 4 days later and multiple attempts to get it resolved and no one is helping resolve the issue. Accidents happen but not being able to make the situation right is disappointing.

I ordered a pizza online early. I showed up for carside. I waited in the car for 30 minutes, went inside, and was told my order would be right out.
20 more minutes passed, and still no food. I went back inside, standing at the register for an extra 10 minutes, waiting for someone to help.
Finally, someone asks me about my order. Turns out my online order was confirmed and completed, although the employees never made the food.
Finally, they proceeded to "re-make" my order, resulting in me having to wait at Domino's for an hour for 1 pizza... I was a very unhappy consumer.
