Ordered online from a local hotel the app input the address incorrectly and I added the name my bad that I didn’t check the address. Did not receive the pizza called the store and they not only offered any solution except to call a 800 number that basically told me to use the app to file a complain. My big problem is the with the employees at the store were completely rude and very sarcastic! I order from a lot of different Dominos this is my worst experience do not order from them go somewhere else!!!

Dummy charing $.10 for a pepper . Paid with my cc anyway. They ended up losing money each transaction made with card cost 20c plus whatever the fees are . They really thought charging $.10 could make a big difference in sales

I haven’t had dominoes in awhile actually I stop eating there. However there is the viral TikTok pizza 🍕 that’s soooo good. Went to this domino's to have it made. ALESHA made it so delicious. I just bought it a second time and it was even better. I loved it. Try it and ask for ALESHA she’s always making food and with a good attitude to match. Thank you for being amazing.

The delivery drive come to my house and put my food on the ground and he did not even knock on my door and when I opened my door, the delivery driver going to say he knocked on my door and I told him that you lied. So when I called, I asked to speak with a manager or a supervisor, they going to tell me that I can’t speak with a supervisor. So when I went to the store, I ask to speak with a manager or a supervisor, she was in there with her headphones in her ear and she going to say that she was busy and she was not doing anything. I waiting to talk with her, but she did not want to speak with me and she was cussing me out and she did not want to give me corporate office number or anything. So if corporate office see this, I hope and pray that they need to reply back to me. This is very unacceptable, the hold store needs to be fired. The store is 4405.

I placed an order for a large pineapple pizza at store 4405. I asked the associate to make a fresh cut for my pizza because I am a vegetarian and the cutter used in to cut the meat topping pizza. So I asked them to do a fresh cut for me but associate told me that at Domino's pizza they do not do fresh cut. This is not appropriate for people who are vegetarian. If domino's has a policy where they cannot server fresh cut pizza for vegetarian people then I would preferred to go to a place where they will accommodate fresh cut service.

When we picked up our order, we found out that they gave us the wrong pizza so then we called them they told us to bring the pizza back and then we asked for credits the two drives messed up our time , they denied it.

Called in to place an order for a pizza today. They stated they refused to service my number?? Why? Super weird and when she answered she didn’t say anything at first. Never had an issue before this. Guess they don’t want the business or are lazy. Won’t be ordering here again.

Have ordered here over 4 times. I've never received my pizza at least warm or on time. It's always cold and always late. The last time I ordered it took over 3 hrs to get here and pizza was cold. How Domino's is okay with this type of service is beyond me. No communication or explanation. Sometimes an explanation can subdue a customers frustration. I tried to file a formal complaint to get compensated correctly other than that lousy "free" pizza coupon they give you. I mean this when I say this. I will never use Domino's ever again.

Tuuuh let’s start off by saying I waited 30 minute for delivery , for the second time now. But I ordered a Philly cheesesteak medium pizza. & this is what I got. So I call the store to notify them that I have the wrong order & my pizza is burnt. She goes & asks me who I spoke with when I ordered my food , I said idk it was a man. She says okay & puts me on hold. Then comes bck to the phone & ask me what I ordered. I told her.. she then puts me on hold again. Comes bck to the phone & says you have to be specific when you order this pizza saying what toppings you want. I then told her I want a refund. This isn’t my first time ordering this pizza & I never said I want provolone cheese mushrooms ect . So she says if uu want a refund you have to come into the store. Sooo that’s what I did . I go into the store & their attitudes was so unprofessional. ???? I’ll never order from this store AGAIN. Not to mention I gave a tip ?. All im going to say is you order here go get your food . & check it before you leave .
