When it's good, it's so good! When it's bad, I'm thinking who's working and remendar to not order on those days. Have had a lot of great pizzas from here but it seems like they have a bad egg somewhere.

How is it okay for the delivery driver to wait a full 2 minutes and then leave? Like that makes absolutely no sense waste of a damn tip

Never had an issue with this Domino’s before, but I did get a pretty burn up looking Pizza. They did tell me that I could bring the pizza back in and they would issue me another one, but who really has time for that they did offer me a credit. The second pizza that I got was also a little burnt, but not as bad
There was a young guy working there with horrible customer service. When i brought my pizza back with dissatisfaction he told me It was normal and American cheese will burn like that. He was very dismissive. The supervisor from another store that was visiting that location did issue my refund and was professional. I want to add the picture of the pizza to show what i was served.

To all MUSLIMS PLEASE READ. Me and my family (all are Muslims) and I asked the staff if they could use a cutter that pork items are not used on so they said the only option is to not cut the pizza. A small accommodation to use a cutter that pork items aren’t cut on isn’t asking for too much. Little Caesar has this accommodation and it’s sad that such a large chain can’t make this accommodation . So I advise Muslims and kosher eaters to not give domino’s pizza your business.

Zero Star– Never Again
Ordered a pizza and Alfredo pasta online and went to pick it up. Asked for plates since it was takeout; was told “we don’t have plates.” Really? A pizza place with no plates?
Then I asked for crushed red pepper and condiments that normally come with pizza. The guy tells me it’s $1 PER PACKET. Are you kidding me? Since when does Domino’s stop giving basic seasonings with their food?
This is ridiculous. Bad service, cheap practices, and zero care for customers. Absolute garbage experience. Never again.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at your Salem Village location in Newark DE
I attempted to place an order online three times, each time receiving a technical error. I called the store, and an employee confirmed that all three orders actually went through. She assured me she would cancel the duplicates, confirmed my address, and I even gave her my updated phone number, since the one on file was outdated.
I then waited over an hour, and my order never showed up.
When I called back, a different employee told me no order existed under my name and insisted they don’t deliver to my address — despite the fact that I live just 10 minutes away and always order from this location. He spoke to me in a condescending tone and refused to acknowledge the issue. I asked to speak with the original girl who helped me — he said she wasn’t there. I asked for a manager — he claimed she was “too busy” to speak to me, yet I could hear her in the background telling him what to say. When I called him out, they admitted I was on speaker the whole time. If the manager was listening the whole time, why not just take the call?
So, I drove to the store myself.
When I got there, the manager didn’t let me finish explaining before trying to blame the website and me, saying the order didn’t go through and that they had tried calling me — on the old number I specifically told her team to update. When I reminded her I gave the correct number to her employee, she dismissed it and said the girl is “only 16” — as if that excuses poor service.
She then admitted she heard the earlier call on speakerphone. Again — why not step in and fix the situation when she had the chance?
At no point did anyone try to take responsibility or offer to make things right. Instead, the manager walked away mid-conversation after I dropped a frustrated “f-bomb,” even though my kids had been waiting for food since 6:51pm and it was now 8:00pm.
And while I don’t like being pushed out of character, I am genuinely tired of companies offering the worst customer service with zero accountability — then turning around to make the customer feel like they’re in the wrong when they’ve clearly been pushed too far. This wasn’t just a glitch. It was a failure to listen, to take ownership, and to treat a customer with basic decency.
I will not be supporting this location again, and I sincerely hope this message leads to better training and responsibility at the store level.
I usually love this location but the last few times I’ve ordered my food it wasn’t made correctly & at this point I’m tired of wasting my money I always get my pizza well done because to me the regular way tastes undercooked I didn’t even leave the store yet and I checked my pizza and it wasn’t well done I asked if they could correct this and I first got an excuse of their extremely busy and can’t fix it then they said there’s only one oven cause the other is broken & they still won’t fix it smh why would anyone want to pay for food they can’t get exactly how they want very disappointed I think I’m done being a customer

I'm so disappointed with my recent pizza order. 😔 I usually enjoy ordering from here about once a month, but this time it was completely burned. The entire crust was charred, not just a little bit, but all the way around. Has anyone else experienced this lately? I'm hoping it was just a one-time issue. #pizzaburn #disappointedcustomer
