2nd time ordering free pizza with points....both times got call saying that they didn't have a delivery driver. Contacted corporate and never heard anything from them.

I placed an order over the phone and based off of the amount, I gathered the amount and went to pick up my food...ONLY...to learn that Salem Plaza will not accept cash IF you have a $50 bill. My bill came up to $39. I questioned the manager when she told me that it is on the door of the storefront that they do not accept $50 bills. I told her that I called and placed an order; how would I know what is on the door. Additionally, she said that she does not tell people who order over the phone of such restriction about the restriction placed on cash payment options. The manager then withheld my food and would not accept my money. ONLY because my family were expecting everything that they ordered, did I reach out to another Domino's pizza in my area. The other location told me that they accepted $50 bills; I now knew this was not a corporated decision. I drove to two locations for food and with ALL of the pizza choices - Dominos surely disappointed and was unjust with this restriction.

This dominoes never fails to please. You'd think making food in a chain restaurant would be easy but try other dominoes in the area and you'll see this one stands above the rest

This was the most terrible pizza I EVER had. I doubt the cheese is ever made of any natural substance. What are you doing to people???!!! Taking their money and trust and give them garbage and making them sick???!!!

This place suck. They canceled my order and the staff is so rude. This is not the fist time. After I called and asked for why it was canceled, he hung up on me. This is so not acceptable. People like this should not be working in customer service

They need to allow a parent to go in the bouncy with they're child of he happens to be under 2
We walked in and wanted to dine in or take out a pizza. We were greeted by this black and said the white will attend to us. Alas waited for more than 5 mins for a resto that does not have any other person inside. Then someone came inside and she spoke saying who are you here for?!!! We just wanted to have our order taken! Ain't never going to visit Domino's anymore or even order from there!

Raw Pizza and Rude People.I ordered a pan pizza with ham and sausage. When I got it home it was extremally undercooked - raw even. I took it back to the store and showed them that the dough was literally still stretchy. The woman immediately took an attitude and insisted that the pan pizza has cheese in the dough so it may look undercooked but it isn't. I politely expressed that I have gotten pan pizza from other Domino's locations in the past and have never had one with this consistency. Rather than providing good customer service or even validating my concern, she simply repeated what she said before as if I was not listening the first time. I restated the claim that the pizza was clearly undercooked. She acted annoyed, maintained a rude attitude, and said "I can make you a new one". When the pizza finally came out she loudly expressed "its temping ten over" and brought it to the front. Notably, it had half the amount of toppings as the original and still wasn't the same consistency of any Domino's pan pizza I have had before (or even close).

Been ordering from here for few years & I've only had 1 order partially wrong, but they remade it correctly & gave me the incorrect one also, for the inconvenience.

I haven't had any issues with ordering specific toppings on my pizzas - I'll typically order none of one topping and only half of another and it's always been accurate! Staff has always been courteous when I arrive and it's really easy parking on site too. Overall an easy experience that ends in tasty pizza!
