Just ordered from them .Order totaled 55.97 to be exact. Ordered through Grub Hub. My order came missing three items! For 50.00 bucks you want all your food! I spoke to someone who referred to me as "Dude" the entire conversation. I'm a female. He claimed they don't deal with grub hub only "Door Dash". Instead of trying to get to the bottom of it. He went on about how he had no record of the order. Then told me the only record was my name.Then asked me to spell it. And pronounce it! Like really ???. Then proceeds to tell me he doesn't know what I'm talking about! I understand there may be some confusion within the app. But the lack of even seeming a bit concerned or willingness to solve the issue is why I wont be ordering from here ever again! I gave one star only because I could not post without. i would have gave something else... Probably a finger!

As if I chose to this restaurant to lie about an order I placed through an app? Cant review if the food that made it was desirable because I did not eat it.. Rated one star because I was forced to.Can't say what they normally rate but on this one you deserve nothing. Hope you enjoy my 50 bucks.. Cant say I will enjoy eating my 10.00$"s worth of food that made it!

Are use DoorDash. The general chows/Tso's chicken is excellent. The chicken fried rice is white meat with onions and taste very good and typical American Chinese flavor. Refried rice was very good and have a good amount of beef in it and the rice is yellow colored. I got the shrimp sweet-and-sour and I asked them to put onions and peppers in it because it only comes with Shrimp and sauce, if you want anything extra like pineapple or peppers, you have to ask for it and I they did not charge me extra for the vegetables in the sweet-and-sour shrimp! I got the chicken Lomein and it's is full of carrots and mushrooms and other vegetables. My only complaint about the chicken lo mein is that I could use more noodles but the taste is great. Day-livery was very fast and I got the extra soy sauce packets, but you have to ask for extra flavor packets from the driver not the restaurant, so ask your delivery driver when they pick it up to bring you extra packets or put it in the comments for the delivery driver to read when you submit your order! The restaurant will only give you like two or three of everything and you know we all need more than that. LOL. I would give my experience today a eight out of 10, and I would definitely suggest that you order from this Chinese takeout because it taste like a regular and normal and typical Chinese restaurant. Just make sure you use door dash or GrubHub or whoever and do not use the Dragon city ordering website.! " you all enjoy ... "

Their "pork fried rice" looks like gummy instant brown rice. Shrimp and lobster sauce was incredibly salty. Disgusting

Overall: 2.5/5 (rounded down cuz the chicken made my jaw hurt). Ordered from DoorDash. Got shrimp lo mein, General tsos with white rice, and a pork egg roll. Shrimp Lo Mein: The shrimp lo mein was horrendously overcooked. Chopsticks easily pierced the noodles. The shrimp was flavorless. The overall dish was under seasoned. It lacked "wok hei" all around. General Tsos: Flavor of the sauce wasn't too bad. Hint of mild spice, sweet. No off-tasting seasoning. The chicken though? Trash. Yes they used dark meat, which is a must, but it was refried from days prior. The pieces were dried and hard. Meat was literally dried stringy stuff. The breading was mushy and not crisp. Some breading was hard as rock. Pork egg roll: Didn't eat it. Would likely also be unimpressed White rice: say what now...am I reviewing white rice? Yes. Yes I am. It too was overcooked and mushy. Not quite congee mushy. But it was extra soft... Value: Lo mein was 6.75. General tsos was $14. Not worth it - Perhaps a lunch special price ~$8 I'd consider. Overall comments: Would not order again. Very unimpressed.

It's not the best food I've had, but it's far from the worst. They may seem rude when they talk to you, but they actually aren't - it's just the way they talk. The customer service is pretty good from my experience - I've ordered twice since September. I think it's may be a family owned business. I ordered Delivery, and it was the owner himself who delivered the food. I really appreciate that, considering everything going on right now with the shutdowns from this virus. I do feel bad though, I miscalculated on the tip. I meant to tip him 17% and accidentally tipped 14%. I would've done 20% considering everything, but my paycheck was a little low this week. These are good people and I appreciate what they are doing at the moment.

if i could give them no stars i would.. this place is very unprofessional and they are very rude. i have had two different occasions where they will never get my business again. the first time i got my food delivered and it took them over 2 hrs to bring me my food by the time i got it it was cold and nasty. the second time i picked my food up and all the our 30.00 dollars worth of food was either over cooked or under cooked. the rice was not done at all and the sweet and sour chicken had 4 pieces of chicken and the rest was just the breading. each time i brought this to the person attention she was very rude cursing at me and saying that she dont care if we dont give her our businesses anymore because she is the bet Chinese store around town. i will never in my life order from them again. i would rather take the drive to get food that i know is gonna be done and not burnt or under cooked. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If there was an option for zero stars it would be it for this review. I just want to say the unprofessional behavior when a mistake is being made on their end is unacceptable. I been working around this area for 6 yrs, I never had an issue with anyone until I started ordering from this restaurant. The owner always has an attitude, especially if the food was under cooked or something was missing or it took 2 hours before we seen our food. We are the customers. If we are calling with an issue in a non rude way, it should be dealt with professionally. We're paying for your services, there is no need for the hostility. I don't need an employer to shout at me or hang up on me, when I'm calling regarding a problem. Unfortunately I needed up ordering from here again because the food is okay even though I had better. Once again my order was messed up. Sometimes people really need to accept a simple mistake and make the situation better. Customer service should be number one. I would like to say some nasty comments on here but my parents taught me to kill people with kindness. Be blessed ! You lost a whole building of customers 30+ people!

this restaurant is completely unprofessional. my office usually orders from this restaurant often. each time we would call and order the individual that takes the order is completely rude. We have had several issues with this place, we would call when our order was wrong or messed up and they would fight us with all there might stating that they placed the order as it was told to them. FALSE.. it came incorrect and this time we ordered they literally put fried crust (fried chicken crust for sweet and sour chicken) ONLY and stated they counted out the pieces. NOOOOOO ITS CRUMBS. also ive been in and out the restroom since ive ordered.
