Wasn't a fan of the food. But, the coffee was great, the service was great (and friendly), the vibe was great, etc. This place gets quite crowded due to the popularity so l recommend getting there early if you want to just enjoy the company of strangers. The seating is a bit awkward but just kind of works. Highly recommend checking this place out!
I've literally never had food come out faster. The food is great and so is the atmosphere. Great little spot to get some work done. Highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch.
I had a pour over of the light roast Ethiopian. It was okay, but under-extracted. The beans are high quality, but the brewing was at fault.
The hot water from the tower went into a cold kettle at 203°. The barista did not pre-rinse or preheat the large ceramic Brewer. By the time the heat was siphoned off from the cold kettle and the ceramic brewer, the water was well-below the temperature needed to get a sweet cup from a light roast.
