Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts location the people are often rude towards me. They mess up my order multiple times and I only ask them to change it because the one thing I specifically ask for they never add or change it on my order. They messed up on my cold brew and didn’t add the right ingredients and refused to change anything, they also refused to remake my sandwich a few times and had an attitude with me. Never once got my order right. Don’t recommend, especially for the price.

I frequently visit this place, and often it seems like they don't take the time to cook the food properly. My cheese is usually unmelted, and the hash browns often taste stale. However, the customer service is excellent.

Always great service Hetal is amazing! I ordered a donut and wake up wrap and it came out great. If you come to the mall stop by and grab a coffee or warm food.

☕️? Fast, fresh & mobile! We got Dunkin’s Hot Coffee Box (serves 10) and a dozen assorted D?nuts! Perfect morning pick me up as we set up for our summer community service initiative! Donuts were yummy and our Coffee stayed hot for hours! The staff was so kind and helpful - they made sure we had all the coffee essentials packed before we left. ?☕️?☕️?

Fast service, however, they tend to run out of items a lot. They do replace with other items or refund, but it does get annoying and makes you question whether you want to deal with it when considering going. Food is good though. Love the coffee!
Parking: Tough to get to if the drive-thru is backed up.
