If you up in the morning for breakfast and Gerald J is there don’t even waste your time because nothing is prepared , man just running around confused. Dude made me and drink and it tasted weird .

The lady taking orders was very rude,. Refused to warm my muffin up so I did a full refund. Why come to work if you don’t feel like working?

I was visiting with a family of 7 and while ordering Jessiah the cashier had a very nasty attitude and walking off while taking orders talking back and terrible facial expressions. I don’t recommend visiting this location. And for a boasted member I was very disappointed.

Ordered a 10 count donut hole at the kiosk and it said to wait at the pick up area. I waited 15min and everyone that ordered after me had already gotten their food. So I waited in line at the cashier line to get someone to help me since everyone working was busy and asked the cashier about my order. She gave me a nasty attitude and told me I was supposed to come pick it up from the cashier line…. First of all, her attitude was not warranted as I was polite and nice saying “I’m sorry to bother you but can you please check up on my order..”. Second, the directions on the kiosk said to pick up at the pickup area, not cashier area. So had I not spoken up I would’ve been waiting forever for my food. Thanks for making my morning start off in a bad mood.

Stopped by this rest area for. Breakfast at 4:50 am. Wanted to place an order on my app. Asked two ladies at the counter on what the zip code is at this rest stop. Both were rude and said ..” they didn’t know bec. they just work here.” I wanted to use my app to order.. But they just turned their backs and continued to do what they were doing.
This branch should train their staff on a better CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’ve been a customer of Dunkin’ Donuts for many years and this is the worst experience I had. PLEASE MAKE DURE TO TRAIN THEM WELL.
I can definitely understand why the rating here is so low!! I suppose you should only order drink from here and nothing else. The drink is served fast.. but the food.!!.. staff are inexperienced and insensitive!. The kitchen puts out an order of 1 every 10 minutes even when there is just 1 item in the order. But the audacity to say that we are really backed up!!.

They just take their sweet time, I ordered a chiken and bacon stuffed croissant, im used to fast in new york, you order these things and they are ready in a min because they just have to heat, but line took time, waited 7 mins for this order and had to leave, when I have to be in the bus in 5.. 2 mins before the 5 mins i told one of the employees just give me a donut that i had to leave ASAP, she said that it was almost ready 4 mins gone, and i couldnt wait more, almost lost my bus, it was already running when i got out and didnt get my croissant.. so wasted money.

This Dunkin‘ Donuts location was very welcoming, Evan was very helpful and the staff were kind. If you’re looking for some quick food during your trip no north or south, come here!

Ordered a latte and an espresso. The worker brought me a cup of steamed milk and 2 espresso shots and told me I can just pour it in myself to make it. Then she proceeded to walk away. Horrible service!

I am a big Dunkin fan. Been to dozens of them. This place is unquestionably the very bottom of the proverbial barrel. Order plain tea? They give you decaf. Complain? Wait ten minutes as the employees huddle in the rear, trying to figure out how to boil water. I am not joking. Want a refund? Another ten minutes. Zero training occurred here. Total incompetence reigns supreme. Shameful.

i had half an hour for breakfast: plenty of time. i ordered at the screen, thinking it would be quicker, and waited for my strawberry donut. after 15 minutes, with everyone else getting their orders except me, i started to worry. i asked an employee, who just told me to wait my turn. five more minutes passed, and since i had to leave soon, i asked another employee. this time, they finally handed me the donut and apologized. apparently, if you order just a donut from the display, they don’t get notified.
the donut itself was average—nice strawberry flavor, but nothing special. customer service, though, definitely needs improvement.
