Service is so slow. It is not ideal for the location where busses stop only for a few minutes. They are not even saying how many minutes would it take to prepare a sandwich. I wasted money ? due to staff incompetence. They just like to take orders and are very slow ? in preparing...

My family and I decided to visit this Dunkin today and we won’t be back to this one. In specific the cashier named Jackie was super rude and very unwelcoming. I would give this Dunkin 0 stars if I honestly could because the customer service sucked. Save your money and eat at the cafe across the food court from them. They also burnt my food so overall not happy at all about the experience. And I love Dunkin honestly smh.

25 minutes for an iced black coffee. Had to ask 2 different people to see one of them make it in under 10 seconds.

Wow, I meant WOW, I wasn’t expected they can be so rude! I almost want to yell back, but I just tried so hard to take a deep breath and continue. I might never have chance to come here again, but I just want to tell those workers there, if you don’t want to work here just find to work elsewhere.

How bad the service is!! I witnessed a lady in front of me ordering a large iced tea and the staff put toooooo much ice in it.

The lady asked the staff to remove some ice and the staff did so but left the cup half empty and she didn’t fill it up. $5 dollars for half cup ice and half cup tea.

The staff was soooo rude and said the portion is not right if she adds more tea.

Dunkin’ Donuts refused to open their kitchen even though the menu says the bites are available all day. Employee was rude also. Told everybody to go to Cinnabon or Burger

Ordered large black (over $4!) coffee and they refuse to pour into my coffee mug insisting on wasting a cup. Driving up their own costs. Idiot management and bad for the Dunkin Brand. Never again.

The reviewers are right. The service is horrible. First off, they didn’t want to break a hundred by claiming there wasn’t enough changes without looking. Also in a rude way. And then somebody else came and checked they had enough. Then I came back asking for a cup to for my children to share a chocolate drink. They asked for a dollar for a paper cup after me spending over $20. Unless Dunkin’ Donuts confirms this is a company policy, your employees are ripping people off.

This isn’t specific to this location but most Dunkin’ teas recently have had a weird chemical-like flavor. My chai latte was no different. It was surprised by how quick the service at this location was tho.
