This is the worse place I’ve ever been, I came with my family to get something for breakfast and the server is the worse persone I’ve ever came across with, she was super rude, telling us the oven wasn’t working in bad way plus she said get out of my line as she was the owner, her name is jamie Quinn, having employees like this hurt both restaurant’s name and reputation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager Jamie Quinn is the worst when it pertains to customer service. Her coworkers were helpful unlike her. She was frustrated and stressed due to the morning rush, completely understandable. However l don’t understand not informing customers that they cannot make the order due to being under staffed so they closed the kitchen. Although I saw her on her phone talking in the kitchen, funny. When I had to ask where is my order, she crumbled up my receipt & said I would not be getting a refund although they were unable to complete the order. When I had something to say puts her hand up and states I will not be giving you a refund. I simply then asked for my receipt so I can dispute for my money back and she said “you’re not getting shit, you’re done” She was very dismissive and ugly with other customers as well. Luckily as I previously stated her other coworkers were helpful. As for Jamie, do better! If you’re so miserable maybe you should reconsider your employment in customer service! :)

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. The lady working there 12-2025 at 4:45am is very rude with all customers who most of them just gave up ordering. I spent a high money on old hard dry donuts.

Ms. Jhamiah wasn’t too impressed with me asking them to not toast my croissant, and the fact that I didn’t want an iced coffee. I specifically ordered a Signature Latte (hot) with oatmilk. She then proceeded to tell me “why are you taking things so serious” and then cursed at me after I informed her that they didn’t have to remake the beverage. It starts with management and if management isn’t holding staff accountable then I don’t know what customers are going to do.

It's the worst!! Don't go there too early like 8:00 am!! Is open but the people are not awake yet and mad as hell don't even try to ask a question they won't speak.

If you up in the morning for breakfast and Gerald J is there don’t even waste your time because nothing is prepared , man just running around confused. Dude made me and drink and it tasted weird .

I was visiting with a family of 7 and while ordering Jessiah the cashier had a very nasty attitude and walking off while taking orders talking back and terrible facial expressions. I don’t recommend visiting this location. And for a boasted member I was very disappointed.

Ordered a 10 count donut hole at the kiosk and it said to wait at the pick up area. I waited 15min and everyone that ordered after me had already gotten their food. So I waited in line at the cashier line to get someone to help me since everyone working was busy and asked the cashier about my order. She gave me a nasty attitude and told me I was supposed to come pick it up from the cashier line…. First of all, her attitude was not warranted as I was polite and nice saying “I’m sorry to bother you but can you please check up on my order..”. Second, the directions on the kiosk said to pick up at the pickup area, not cashier area. So had I not spoken up I would’ve been waiting forever for my food. Thanks for making my morning start off in a bad mood.
