For such a busy place, this Dunkin has the best and most efficient customer service I’ve ever seen. The guy calling out orders was hilarious and made sure people standing were not waiting too long. Love this place and the foods amazing

Good Dunkin, the staff know what they're doing and get your order as quick as possible. It's a decent spot to do school work too if you want somewhere else to go besides your lecture hall. I stop in here if I'm about to fall asleep after class

Everything is great here service is wonderful the guys in morning that work here are the best so amazing always get everything done and make it great never had any issues with the morning crew I go everyday now to this at like 530am and always wonderful!! Def recommend if looking fir a good dunkin!!!
Parking: In back mainly few in front. But have to pay 25cents for like 7mins I believe and either with cash at kiosk or card and on ur phone.

Amazing place! Never been in a better Dunkin. I love going here. The employees are so nice and friendly. Sometimes they get busy and you're waiting for your order but i give them praise because they are working hard to get everyone's order out in time.I love this dunkin because i feel more welcomed in this dunkin than any other dunkin i went to. The place is extra clean, they check restrooms regularly, cleaning trash cans instantly. They always ask if you need you need anything extra. Just Amazing service, people, food

This dunkin is SIMPLY the best in newark! I frequently go to dunkin on my way to appointments, errands by the mall etc.. and it’s much more convenient to go to the one on 896 and just hit the drive through, but I go out of my way to go to the dunkin on Main Street because it is SO MUCH BETTER. They customer service is the best. Sam is always so nice and always talking to customers and in the happiest mood, you can see he really enjoys his job and it makes my mornings so much better seeing them all there and having interactions with Sam! The quality of the food and coffee is so much better as well, whatever I order it’s always consistent, never burnt, never undercooked. Never too much sugar or not enough they always get my order perfect and I always go here and anyone in the newark area should ! They are fast and reliable and I love this Dunkin!! Thank you guys!
