ordered a regular bacon egg and cheese and they replaced the bacon with some sweet bacon cut up into pieces it was disgusting ruined my day i didn’t ask for any changes.

This is my favorite location. I technically have a closer location to my house but this one in particular is ALWAYS on point, so I make sure its the one I go to most. Shout out to the crew here. Y'all are the best 🙌🏻🤝🏻
Any time I order any of the sides like the pretzel sliders or bagel minis, they’re never hot. I’m lucky if they’re lukewarm. It’s very frustrating to get 2-3 mins down the road and bite into cold food when I don’t have time to turn around and get it fixed

We did a drive up order for coffee and lemonade. Lemonade was ice tea and the coffee was watered down. When my wife asked for what she ordered they put some lemonade in a cup and the manager told the girl to fill the rest with water. Absolutely terrible service.
