The food is good. But the service sucks. They dont know their own menu. Consistently mess orders up. Rarely opens on time.

We did a drive up order for coffee and lemonade. Lemonade was ice tea and the coffee was watered down. When my wife asked for what she ordered they put some lemonade in a cup and the manager told the girl to fill the rest with water. Absolutely terrible service.

They always make my iced Caramel crazed latte right. I often have problems at most Dunkins where they don't put the right amount of Caramel. The employees are always nice at this spot too!!

Evelyn gave me bacon that looked raw then forgot to give me my refresher drink, when asked after I was already on the highway she said can I come back, I explained it would be an inconvenience. She asked me would she like her to do I asked because their negligence to ensure I was given my proper items, I would like some sort of compensation she said no you will just get what you ordered the medium refresher. I want my money back for an item I don’t have.

Not only did the sandwich make me sick as i should have left. When i seen the cook putting my food on the counter no plate or wax paper under it. That should have been my flag to leave
When i was meeting with my friend with my son. The owner was sitting two tables over yelling in his native language with someone on a speaker phone. He was so loud i had to ask him to tone it down so i can talk with the people that i was with. He did turn his phone down never apologizing or even acknowledging me . But then started yelling again. We had to get up and leave. When i asked him for the store number on my way out he laughed at me and told me he was the owner. He was very rude and has no care for his paying customers. I will never visit another Dunkin' donuts ever again. Its my hope that people will see this and boycott these people who feel they are privilege here in our country.
The food sucked as well making me sick.

I was embarrassed by an employee here. I usually order through the mobile app but this time decided to order via drive through. Well long story short my card declined when I had pulled off in which a lady yelled for me. I don’t dine and dash so I went inside to see what was going on. The drive thru lady had told another older lady that my card declined and need to run it again, after I gave her my card she flicked my card in between her fingers and said out loud “your card does not have money we need cash” I told her my card has money in it just run it again because I didn’t have cash. They tried a few times and it keeps getting declined and I understand they thought I didn’t have it but I did, I just didn’t appreciate being called out all loudly in front of everyone. Long story short my bank had blocked my card since I never used it and thought it was a “fraud charge”, I was able to get the issue resolved I just didn’t appreciate being called out like that in front of everyone and loudly too for everyone to hear and unfortunately it was packed! And yea I did end up paying with another debit card that I always use…be mindful of others, I already have social anxiety and this made it worse.

Be mindful of your receipts, the manager or whomever it is has been adding an extra dollar to the order. It says it's for charity but he never asked if the dollar should be added.

I stop most days and it seems that even though their job is to make coffee and sandwiches. They can’t even do that I Oder the same thing daily and at it’s roulette what I get every time it’s never what I order I always overpay because I’m not getting what I order or pay for it’s gotten to the shop point my orders wrong more than right and I’m done patronizing their establishment. They clearly don’t care to check if your orders right so I’ll waste my money elsewhere.
