There isn't really much to say nowadays about dunkin since it tastes pretty much the same everywhere I go. This location specifically can get a bit busy so I highly recommend using the app. The workers here do a good job despite the demand. The store is pretty clean most of the time and the workers are pretty nice. The only problem with the app at this location is it does not offer a lot of the donuts that are physically in store. I tried to get a standard vanilla frosted with sprinkles but it always shows as unavailable at this location. They also got rid of the 3 count munchkin option not sure why that's gone on the app. Please have the manager or whoever work on the app because there are few inconsistencies.

The ambience is unfortunately nothing special.
The stores I have already visited were visually better maintained.
Depending on the mood of the day, the staff can range from friendly to stressed. This is despite the fact that I am actually the only customer at 05:00 in the morning.
Conclusion:
A mid-range store in terms of appearance, quality and service.
For early risers like me, this is all I need to buy a quick coffee on the way.

Wet floor signs were everywhere! One was tipped over on the floor inside the entrance at the bottom of the entrance door. An elderly lady coming in almost tripped over it if I hadn't ran over abs removed it. Strangely, floors were bone dry, and filthy with food debris and dust! Several Wet floor signs leading to the bathrooms, and one in the men's room, however the men's room was filthy! Trash overflowing, dried deces all over the toilet seat. Debris, trash all over the bathroom floor. Coffee roll I ordered was stale. It tasted very old! I sat in there for 90 minutes just to see if any of the staff would head to the men's room to clean it, or if anyone would sweep and mop the floor, or wipe off tables between customers, or at least remove the obstacle course of numerous wet floor signs posing a tripping hazard. NONE of the staff moved from behind the counter! NO staff were observed cleaning anything! I observed one man making breakfast sandwiches with no gloves on and he was frequently wiping his hands on his jeans! Avoid this place! It's a health hazard and overdue for a health inspection. Shut it down before someone falls and breaks a hip tripping over wet floor signs, or ends up in the ER from unsanitary food preparation, in addition to old, stale coffee rolls!

Typical Dunkin Donuts, overpriced coffee, eggs that are like pre-cooked on some kind of cellophane and doughnuts that aren't even made fresh in their store. Eat here if you like ingesting chemicals, food additives and preservatives

I walked in yesterday into the middle of two employees having an argument, heated argument at that. Nope, I don't need that, and walked out!
Today I go in, really wanted my caramel iced latte. Bad enough that I tried again wishing for less drama! No arguments going on so I felt better. Problem was, there were three ladies too busy talking to take my order. They were speaking a language I do not know, but it must have been interesting to not do your job because Lolitta was flapping her gums!!!
Finally got a break and after three times she got my order of 2 Crullers and a large CARAMEL iced latte. All three times I put emphasis on the CARAMEL!
Yep, couldn't understand the caramel part even after three attempts!!!
I wonder how many orders she gets wrong in a day because she doesn't want to listen to the person handing her money for a business transaction! How dare they interrupt Lolitta's story!!!!

The employees did not greet the customers as well as I ordered a refresher with lemonade and I got it with green tea and to put icing on the cake they gave me a cold sandwich

When I made my purchase today I had just over $10 on my account. My purchase was $8.68. The scan didn't work to get my drink for $3, AND when they scanned my app to pay, it only took $6.29 off the order and I had to pay the balance. I had just left the Dr and was rushing to get to work so I didn't feel like bothering with a Manager. But his is crazy. I am now out the $2.39 credit and the $2.39 that I had to actually pay.
