NEVER HAVE DONUTS AT NIGHT!!! Open 24 hours. That’s hy they changed the name to Dunkin. Dunkin No Donuts.

I won't give it a one simply because the regular staff has always been very pleasant, but, a new girl working the window seems like she's had better days. After placing my order and approaching the pickup window she didn't say one word just held her hand out for payment, then when my order was not made as requested somehow that was my fault so I wished her a better day. Maybe if you're unhappy with your job you should find a different one.

Come to this location regularly. Got two coffees at drive thru late night 9pm. Served scorched coffee. Was returned. One person in charge and new person on window. When new person was asked to make fresh pot in-charge person instructed them to say they would not. When asked for refund in-charge person instructed them to inform wait. In-charge person then takes on cell for 5 min before approaching to refund. Poor attitude and extremely hostile.....never going to this location again.

Used to be the best Dunkin around. Clearly changed ownership and now staff seem confused and disorganized. Asked if they had munchkins, was told yes after staff abruptly walked away without saying a word. After order was placed, another staff says they don't have them.
I come here everyday before work & my coffee is always different, i order through the mobile app & when i ask for assistance everyone looks around like they do not hear me, the crew is not friendly or nice at all. Ive watched them repeatedly make drinks incorrectly. This dunkins customer service sucks.

I went there yesterday and they were out of decaf coffee beans. Instead of just giving me regular espresso in my latte (which would have sent me to the hospital) like some other places have done, they apologized and told me they ran out and gave me suggestions on other dunkins in the area. I really appreciated that because I have been served caffeine by careless people who either were out, put the wrong beans in the wrong hopper, or think "decaf means water down the regular, they'll never know the difference". Unfortunately my body has become extremely sensitive to caffeine and I would absolutely know right away. It just felt really nice to have some honesty and kindness served to me that morning.
The coffee I have gotten from them has always been perfect too, I just wanted to highlight why I view them so highly now ?

Stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. 3 kids behind the counter talking to each other. I was the only customer in the shop. I left without buying anything

This review is for the Glasgow, DE location. I've have had good experiences here. Food seems fresh and the drinks are delicious.
Don't try and order a donut after 9pm though. The Apo will accept it and take your money, but the restaurant does not serve donuts after 9pm. I had to contact corporate to get my money refunded, which they did without issue. But it was an unnecessary hassle. The app should be smart enough to not allow you to order certain items after a certain time if that's Dunkin's policy. I made that suggestion to them....we'll see if they implement it.

We stop at this location often and have always had quick service. Today was a terrible experience. I ordered a large hot coffee and bagel with cream cheese. It took me almost 25 minutes to get through the drive thru. I was on my way to work so didn't get a chance to look at my bagel right away. It was disgusting. It looked looked old, tasted stale, and the cream cheese was non existent. I'm not sure if there was a change in management/ownership recently, but I sure hope they get it figured out or we won't be stopping at this location anymore.

I purchased an iced Carmel latte 2 minutes ago and this is what I got. Looks like it has a flat tire lol it should be filled to the top with whipped cream , Carmel

I order drive thru it’s just two coffee but service it’s really bad .. I just order one coffe regular cream regular sugar and the other one extra cream extra sugar ..but the guy said liquid sugar .. we repeat two or three time .. in counter I told him I like extra sugar not liquid but I taste coffee it’s liquid sugar .. and they take out the sticker too..I don’t wanna go other time ..
