Ordered through doordash and received multiple stale donuts, warm "cold brew" with no flavoring, food that was ordered with one cheese but made with another, and a matcha tea that just looks like milk with a SLIGHT green tinge, and doesn't taste like matcha at all. VERY disappointed.

I’ve been forgotten about multiple times even when ordering ahead. They will stand there and talk or just not do anything. Employee that cooks the food is always talking and handling her phone. I’ve been late multiple times because of waiting 10–15 minutes for a simple item like a hot chocolate or hash browns. Disappointed almost every time I go here.

It's a dunkin with a small town feel. Stop there sporadically before work but always a familiar face working. Owners are great with customer service and had an order come out wrong but immediately fixed and given the extra coffee. Doughnuts and bagels are what's expected and no complaints there
Parking: It's in a shopping center so all available types of parking. Generally there early morning so not much traffic.
I asked for bacon avacado toast and a drink and that’s it. My toast has no bacon and a hole in it?

If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was nothing short of disturbing. I usually stop by for my morning coffee and a quick bite, but this time, I was left feeling uncomfortable and violated.Let's start with the most unsettling part: the manager. Not only was he incredibly creepy, but he also exhibited highly inappropriate behavior. During my visit, I witnessed him going into the women's bathroom multiple times. Now, call me old-fashioned, but I'm pretty sure that's a big no-no. As a woman, I expect privacy and respect when using the restroom, not a manager lurking around who clearly doesn't understand boundaries.
Wow, not only did the manager mess up my order, but they also managed to spill my coffee all over the counter. Clearly, they need some serious training in basic coffee handling skills. Avoid this place if you value your caffeine fix!"

They close early everyday since new workers have been hired. If you're open to 5pm then you should be open until 5pm not 4:45pm. Many people have late jobs or school and simply want to grab one item quickly. I pulled in and the open sign was on and as I walked to the door he turned it off. I don't understand why you need to close early. You already leave at 5pm compared to other workers.
