They close early everyday since new workers have been hired. If you're open to 5pm then you should be open until 5pm not 4:45pm. Many people have late jobs or school and simply want to grab one item quickly. I pulled in and the open sign was on and as I walked to the door he turned it off. I don't understand why you need to close early. You already leave at 5pm compared to other workers.

I have been going to this location for quite awhile. Lately, the service has been getting bad. I order mainly on the app, but now the donuts listed on the app are wrong, so I started going in. The morning person knows me by name. I ordered coffee rolls the other day and they were raw in the middle, all of them. I ordered donuts in the store 2 days ago. The lady asked what I wanted. I was telling her and I didn't hear what she asked me. She got kind of irritated with me. She put the donuts in the counter in front of me, took my latte to the other end and yells "latte". Really? Will not go back

As Dunkin Donuts go, this location is one of the best. Spacious interior with plenty of seating. Located in the Shoppes at Louviers in Newark Delaware where there is ample parking. Location is always clean, and most important the staff is always polite and professional. They get your order fast and they get it right Everytime. Never had a bad experience or bad cup of coffee here.

Went in today, ordered a mango refresher, strawberry frosted donut w sprinkles, and hash browns. Mango refresher was EXTREMELY SWEET, taste like diabetes, hash browns tasted good but were not warm, and donut was missing frosting from being thrown in the bag, HORRIBLE!!

Yesterday my medium cold brew was perfectly made. Today, the cold brews were so watered down and iced that we couldnt taste the cold brew. We asked to get new ones and the woman tried to offer a completely different drink instead of remake them. We finally waited for the other worker to help us. Our bagels were sold out, then they put the wrong thing on it, then they remade it with a different bagel and it had like zero cream cheese on it. They are skimping over at this location!
