Great staff ,The best part is as soon I pull up to drive through they know I get my coffee almost everyday and they know it exactly how I like and that’s a awesome service I highly recommend this location always welcoming and very professional…!!!
So usually I say this dunkin is great I come every day at 530am never have issue but today the guy Karim its name on my ticket was so awful it's horrible. He messed up my drink after I sat for 5 mins so I asked for a cup with a chocolate rim that's it he got pissed said ok n left never came back so after another 3minutes I went inside myself and hes working or orders just said screw me. So then he starts saying to me and everyone it's not that serious really. All I said was can I have a cup with chocolate rim please then he continues. So then he gives me a small cup and I asked for a med the size my drink is and he gets more pissed and says it's not this serious then I told him I wasn't being mean I just asked for a cup n chocolate rim what the hell stop being rude and yes I asked for a manager he said he is the manager and wouldn't let anyone answer me n tells me I need to leave now.. he was so ignorant and something needs to be done that was so embarrassing for me and very upsetting sorry he's having a bad day or can't deal with stress of customers not my fault I did same job for 6 years if can't deal then quit. Yall need higher standards and better workers... and he needs to be reprimanded for his actions.

This location has always provided the best service of any Dunkin' Donuts in the Newark area. This one isn't even close to my house but I sometimes drive past two other ones to come here when I can. Whatever drink I ask for is always done right!
