Happy holidays, so I went in to get a cookie crumble dinner for my son, and the nice lady behind the counter said they did not have them, so I got him a couple sprinkle frosted doughnuts. I use the apple wallet to pay for it and the transaction was approved. I did not get a receipt. Another younger woman came to the register and I asked her for napkins and she just coldly pointed to the end of the counter. As I was grabbing the napkins and about to leave, she yelled for me to come back. After I did, she said the transaction for the donuts did not go through. It shows that it didn’t go through and has been approved. When I asked for the receipt to pop-up, she said it wasn’t mine. It was someone else’s. Even though when I Did pay for them, the receipt did pop up, but I wasn’t given one. So she actually took the bag that I placed back on the counter and pulled it away from me as if I was going to run out the door. She was very rude and now I have to call the bank to get rid of a charge , even though it’s small, it’s the principal. Just be careful if you go into this Duncan because I paid for something I did not get. And in addition to this, I had rude customer service.

We had an excellent experience at this location. Our breakfast sandwiches were hot and fresh and the lady serving was kind and made sure we had what we needed. The coffee was delicious and made perfectly. Five stars and we just randomly stopped here during a road trip. There's not a drive-through, but we ordered ahead on the app and it was easy to retrieve.

I was at this dunkin this morning ordered 4 drinks with extra flavoring. I was charged an extra 2.00 for flavors and none of my coffees had any flavors. This place ripped me off. Atleast put some flavor in the coffee. This isn't the first time, but itll be my last time going there RIP OFF, STEALING MY hard earn money

Walked into this Dunkin at 14:56 on August 31st, 2025, and was met with absolutely no donuts available other than the cake donuts and munchkins. I wonder why they have so may of those?🙃 Unbelievable! I guess i know why they changed the name to Dunkin instead of Dunkin Donuts. Nothing irks me more than going out of.my way to buy a dozen donuts for the family I am visiting and seeing an empty donut display. Pathetic and shameful in my opinion. I hope corporate and/or franchise owner see this. The Dunkin Donuts up around 202 and Naamans road was fantastic, they had everything on a Sunday at 3 PM. Why cant this place. Ugh nothing more infuriating than take a detour of 15 minutes and being met with this.

It is a good location before you got highway but the drink def tasted like milk. Too high to be messed up. The loaded hash browns were not the best. Cheese wasn't hot just clumpy and big bacon pieces.

This Dunkin refuses to not put sugar in your coffee. I went back in and told them I didn’t want sugar and they said that’s how they do it but said they would remake it, but they put sugar in it again!
