I was very disappointed with this location today. I wanted to order a raspberry refresher made with oat milk, because I do not like the green tea option and I think the lemonade option is too sweet for me. I have ordered this item before and it’s never been a problem. Unfortunately the lady at the counter didn't place my order because she thought the flavor wouldn’t be good, even tho I reassured her that I’ve ordered this way before and is delicious. Since I couldn’t place my preferred order, I gave in by ordering a latte with cold foam. When i start to drink this latte, I realize that i’m drinking straight lumps. The cold foam was lumpy, which shouldn’t be. I went up to the counter to let the employee know about it since this is a food safety violation, and I just wanted to get a refund since I didn’t get to order what I wanted, and the item I got to order was basically spoiled, I wasn’t going to drink it. The employee just shrugged me off by saying that it’s normal for the cold foam to be lumpy. I am a Dunkin’ donuts employee at another location, I am speaking off experience, I know for a fact that the cold foam should not be lumpy in any way - it should be just foamy, like the name itself states, not lumpy. I was very disappointed and very uncomfortable with the awkward service. I came in without ordering what I wanted, wasted my money on a spoiled product, and did not get my money back. Came in wasting my money to have nothing in return. Very disappointed.

There is no drive thru at this location and while I hate getting out of my car sometimes, it's worth it. I order ahead and have never waited for my item. Super fast, kind, and efficient. My drinks are always yummy!

For there to be only one person working the cashier was very fast and friendly. After taking payment she washed her hands, put on gloves, and still used tongs to handle the food. The establishment itself was clean. On my way out the door I took note that she still went thru all the steps taking with me with the next customer.

I always had a good experience here besides when I go when one employee is working. She is an older lady, whose name I did not get. The past 5 times or so that I went when she was working and she messes up my drink order EVERY SINGLE TIME when it’s a simple drink. The last time I even noticed on the ordering screen it was wrong so I corrected her just to get my drink and the order be wrong. I kept trying to give chances after the first mistake but since this last mess up I will not be returning anymore.
