There is no drive thru at this location and while I hate getting out of my car sometimes, it's worth it. I order ahead and have never waited for my item. Super fast, kind, and efficient. My drinks are always yummy!

For there to be only one person working the cashier was very fast and friendly. After taking payment she washed her hands, put on gloves, and still used tongs to handle the food. The establishment itself was clean. On my way out the door I took note that she still went thru all the steps taking with me with the next customer.

I always had a good experience here besides when I go when one employee is working. She is an older lady, whose name I did not get. The past 5 times or so that I went when she was working and she messes up my drink order EVERY SINGLE TIME when it’s a simple drink. The last time I even noticed on the ordering screen it was wrong so I corrected her just to get my drink and the order be wrong. I kept trying to give chances after the first mistake but since this last mess up I will not be returning anymore.

I'm still so surprised more people haven't complained at the blatant laziness of this location. Sizes of products are significantly smaller than the Dunkin only 3-or-so minutes up the road. Almost always my order-ahead is incorrect whether it be two of the same donut when I ordered multiple different ones, ordering a bagel with items on top being on the side, drinks made incorrectly, it just keeps adding up. I have never called a corporate company for a refund more than Dunkin because of this location.

The staff was upset that we used the bathroom and said there is strong chemical on the floor, so she is not responsible.What does that even mean???If you used and left strong chemical in the bathroom, shouldn't you have a sign or lock the bathroom??????

Except for one female Employee (she usually wears a hat).. she's usually working by herself. She's really nice and properly prepares your food on time. Everyone else seems lazy and couldn't care less about making your food on time or properly. I often put in a mobile order ahead of time and typically have to wait when the older couple and the chubby lady are on duty. I always have the worst experience when the chubby lady is on duty. Food is always cold.

Watched a worker put a piece of meat on a metal shelf mind you the shelf is dirty and I said that's a health violation they still put it on the bagel and giving it to the customer... do not buy food from this location...

The employees are very mean It was my first time using the app and the rewards but there was no line behind me.I asked the lady some basic questions like if I could use the app for a reward and so on.While I was paying I was thanking her for her patience but she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me.I'll just take my business somewhere else.
