I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium coffee with cream. I paid for my order and went back to the office. As I started drinking the coffee I realized they forgot the cream. The sticker they put on the cup stated 3 creams. Was disappointed because I couldn't leave work to go back.

Morning staff can be rude. They just throw your food at you. I’ve also been there on multiple occasions and they’ve been out of all the stuff I want to order. I avoid this location when I can.

customer service skills are actually awful, messed up my order twice and tried to blame me for ordering it wrong??? maybe confirm your orders if you cant hear the order…. actually the worst dunkin ever, coffee is trash and food is cold

Terrible customer service. I don’t know about the drive-through, but just don’t go inside. Lots of people working, but not one of them will help you. The self-serve kiosk didn’t work and no one even tried to assist.

AT LEAST one of the employees (if not more) act as if they are doing this customer (if not more) a favor. She had an attitude over the drive thru speaker (heard it while I waited for mine) and then at the window. Punch line is WITHOUT our $$$ no DUNKIN. She should think about next time - it was 1:34PM EST on Saturday, November 2.

Job interview
I love Dunkin, but it's food for a snack or fast meal. Maybe coffee or a drink. I like to bring Munchkins to my young granddaughters.

I arrived at 7:55 PM. They made me wait 5 minutes to tell me they have closed. The sign should say they close at 7:55 PM instead.

The bathroom here is always out of order so how is the employees using the bathrooms in washing their hands daily I would not go to this dunkin' donuts it is one of many that locks their bathroom.
Find they have a weaker coffee then most in the area.
