Confirm your order at least twice and check it thoroughly after receiving it from them. You order one thing and they give you another. They've done this to me more than once and blame me every time.

the people here are always so rude and ignorant the man with glasses and the lady with the hijab rudest people i’ve ever seen work here and besides them nothing is ever cooked correctly and made right.

Just walked in for a donut mind you had a long drive. Asked to get my donut replaced bc it was kinda hard and just stale. The girl proceeds to speak under her breath, being smart mouth. The guy says I can’t return the donut bc it had a bite. Well no duhh that’s how I knew it was hard and stale. Miserable attitude!

employees had horrible attitudes and faces were all twisted up like they hate their jobs. messed up order and got mad at ME for messing it up and asking for them to correct it. food was not made to satisfaction. i would say 1/10. won’t be coming here again!

I ask for a sausage bacon and cheese get charge for it and this what I get and I get charged extra for the bacon

They forgot my do it with my order and when I asked for it, they said they didn't have that kind. So I asked for a refund and they acted like they were doing me a favor. The breakfast sandwich still has the cheese wrapped I sode

I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium coffee with cream. I paid for my order and went back to the office. As I started drinking the coffee I realized they forgot the cream. The sticker they put on the cup stated 3 creams. Was disappointed because I couldn't leave work to go back.

Morning staff can be rude. They just throw your food at you. I’ve also been there on multiple occasions and they’ve been out of all the stuff I want to order. I avoid this location when I can.

customer service skills are actually awful, messed up my order twice and tried to blame me for ordering it wrong??? maybe confirm your orders if you cant hear the order…. actually the worst dunkin ever, coffee is trash and food is cold

Terrible customer service. I don’t know about the drive-through, but just don’t go inside. Lots of people working, but not one of them will help you. The self-serve kiosk didn’t work and no one even tried to assist.
