Never had an issue either in-app or in person. Always very friendly and efficient, even with crazy lines or crowds. Food is 5/5 with consideration that it is a Dunkin.

I was baited like Jalen Carter by a spitting Dak Prescott today, by who I think may be the owner? I asked for some ice to be taken off my drink, because the cup was full of ice and hardly of coffee, which the girl he was training had no problem doing. But he had to mumble under his breath then go out of his way to explain to me that I should have selected “less ice” on the app. I was immediately seeing red and told him I’d been ordering on the app for years and that amount of ice was excessive, and he kept arguing with me. Embarrassing myself (yes, you shall call me Karen), I argued back and promised I’d be making a bigger deal about this interaction than needed to be, had he just stopped trying to force his hand, so here I am. I’m not saying the customer is always right, but my request was a small one and he made me never want to go there again. For what? Ego? Cool. Not a great business model, fam

The coffee at Dunkin isn't just good, it's an experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a symphony of bustling baristas and the rich, welcoming aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The service was nothing short of a masterclass in efficiency. My order was taken with a smile, and before I could even find my wallet, a perfectly crafted cup of coffee was sliding across the counter. It was as if they had a sixth sense for caffeine cravings. My iced latte was a beautiful blend of creamy and strong, with just the right amount of sweetness to make me feel like I was sipping on a cloud. It's not just a coffee shop, it's a well-oiled machine of happiness. Dunkin has perfected the art of getting you your caffeine fix with a friendly face and a speed that would make the Flash jealous. My daily Dunkin run has officially become the highlight of my morning.

Such a shame I have to write this review, as this is my go-to Dunkin. Well, it WAS, not anymore. The customer service has gotten very bad as time has gone on. I placed a mobile order, never had any issues before, until I decided to pre-schedule one for a different time. Received the "thank you" confirmation, and thought that was it. If there was an issue with the card on file, it shouldn't have given me a confirmation! I went to get my order and they didn't have it. I showed them the confirmation, and they said maybe I didn't submit it. Um, obviously I did or else I wouldn't have gotten a confirmation. Then the very rude and loud gentleman with the glasses made me feel like an idiot in front of other customers, saying maybe I didn't have enough money on my card, and screamed next customer please!! How dare you! Do not treat me like I'm an incompetent person for a foul up on Dunkin's app, especially when they've seen my face there multiple times! Just plain rude. The workers need to have a major attitude adjustment, or they will lose more customers. They sure lost me!

Worst ever customer service. I tried placing a mobile order and it said something was unavailable so I went in to place the order and everything was available . I tried asking the young man (who was very polite what had happened and what was unavailable and when he was trying to help me figure it out the manager came over and told him he didn’t have time to help me. And he also said if I didn’t know how to use the app that was my problem not theirs. I had nothing to do with what happneed on the app. !!!!!!! I told him he was being rude and he said not rude not being rude! These people SUCK. Very poor customer service. They need to be replaced unless they are the owners and then they need bad reviews !!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for 7 years and my husbands family for 15years , we’ve loved this Dunkin until this morning. I’ve only ever asked 3 times in 7 years for my coffee to be remade and the third time being today. I kindly asked that my latte be remade because I could not taste any espresso, it tasted like just plain milk (no s’mores flavoring like I ordered and no espresso). The older woman with glasses that was behind the counter then started yelling at me telling me that I don’t know what a latte is and that it’s mostly milk and that this is how it’s made. I tried to explain that I could not taste the espresso or flavoring and all she did was yell. I asked for my money back and both women behind the counter looked at each other and then the older women start yelling at me again. I just simply asked for my coffee to be remade.. After yelling and arguing for 10mins, I finally got another shot of espresso (coffee still not remade so no flavoring, just milk) and just to get to my car , I start driving and I go to eat my hash browns and they’re still frozen in the middle and taste freezer burnt.. We’re never going to this Dunkin ever again. Screw this place, disrespectfully. I’ve never had a Dunkin employee yell at me the 2 other times. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Never. Again.
Dunkin donuts has gotten worse and worse. cardboard and overly onion hashbrowns are disgusting..A toasted bagel probably shouldnt be stale and chewy. It is obvious that if you eat here, your ignorant
