The lady who took my order on the mic was rushing me and sounded rude. Once I pulled up to the window a lady was lend back with a guy on their phone as if they weren’t at work. Food was disgusting and when I went back the same lady who handed me my food looked at me as soon as I walked in as if she knew why I was there again, 3 women were all by the preparing area on they’re phones besides the young white female who offered to remake everything fresh for me while the other ladies didn’t even apologize for what they handed out. The egg had what to look like mole all over it , the hashbrowns were stale ( I even opened it up to show them and tapped the hashbrowns against the counter so that the female who helped me could see why I was upset) .

I went here for breakfast through the drive thru the woman taking our order was rushing us and kind of rude.When we got our food the bagel and hash-browns were the only thing fresh and good.The coffee tasted burnt and the donut was stale.

Employees complained about my husband and I placing a mobile order in the parking lot before walking in to use the restroom on a road trip. The bathroom was disgusting, the hand dryer didn't work, and there was trash all over the dining area, the parking lor, and where the naplot, and straws go. The foulest Dunkin I've ever been to.

The drive thru workers don’t know what they are doing. VERY rude and not helpful whatsoever. Tall black girl with twists VERY rude. Food was cold and i even took the time to come OUT the drive thru to go in side and order TWICE just because they were that slow with understanding. It was very hectic in there and obviously they need more help. TONS of cross contamination. I seen a worker dip a coffee spoon that was sitting in cloudy brown water, into a strawberry refresher. That worker wasn’t using gloves at all. One worker that was handling the bacon wasn’t using gloves either. The ONLY kind person that was there was a shorter spanish looking lady, that may not have been spanish at all. But she was taking orders inside. & she was VERY kind. All in All 2/10 and don’t go here.
