I only come to this Dunkin for the convenience of the drive-thru but I’m just going to stop coming altogether. The drinks from the drive-thru tend to be wrong and it seems like they’re just rushing to get orders out, not caring on what they hand to the customer. I get the shaken espresso almost every time I go to Dunkin and every-time I’m given the drink, i just want to hand it right back to them. It looks like a latte each time so i know there’s no care for the accuracy of the drinks but jeez, three ice cubes? That move is more cold than my drink! I’m just chalking it up to not coming back here and sticking with Ogletown Stanton Road or Polly Drummond Hill Road, they actually make it right each time.

Great and friendly staff. Loved the coffee and the bagel 🥯 and donuts. 🍩 Wife had a great time inside as well! They had a cute Munkins OZ tin but $10 for the tin was too much 😂 EMS drove by and got coffee and ignored my crazy 🤪 butt in the side of the road with no shoes. 👞
But I’m just a hobbit trying to destroy the ring 💍 jk jk 😂

Due to a bad accident, there was really bad traffic and my 3 year old was crying because she had to use the restroom. We pulled up to the building at 630 (the store doesn’t close until 7) and the Open sign was on. They turned off their Open sign as we were getting out of the truck and refused to let us in. I begged them to let her go so she didn’t have an accident and they wouldn’t let us. The manager or the employee. Pure laziness … I will NEVER come here again.

We arrived at 6:30 PM. They close at 7:00 PM. We couldn't order from the menu because they had closed the grill. Do not visit this store after 6:30 PM because they close early.
Meh....super slow service plus I get grossed out when there's no soap in the bathroom. That means the employees never wash their hands?? Oh...and even though I was the only person inside ordering, I waited. For what? The girll to get off her phone or the other 2 guys to pull the lever to fill up 2 small coffees that were black. And now I can add that both cups were full of grounds. Yummm..

Pretty sad when you stand at the counter for 10 mins while no one helps you. Instead the woman who looks absolutely thrilled to be there gives dirty looks like you've annoyed her by showing up. This place has gone down hill horribly In the last year. Sadly i would highly NOT recommend this establishment not because of the quality of food but yet the lack of service specifically from the morning staff. Sad do better

The business states the drive thru is open 5am until 7pm. I got in line at 5:15 and sat for 5 minutes with no one infront of me before they would take my order. And then they decided they weren’t able to take credit cards after I waited and ordered. Terrible customer service

They gave really bad Bagel! It was very stale. Seems like it was yesterday's bagel. That employee did not even put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel too. Also, it was burnt from both sides. Check photos I uploaded.
To store owners: Rather than saving money in this things, give proper service to customers! I own a Dunkin store too, we never do this mistakes! Come to my store, I will show you how to make a good bagel!
