I had a gift card someone gave me wanted to be nice and get my co workers some donuts before work once approaching the counter I see several muffins pink donuts with sprinkles two chocolate donuts and that was all I asked them is this all they had available?? They said yup seeing as thought it’s 1:40 in the evening I thought that was crazy ! Dunkin’ Donuts has gone way down in quality
The workers here have a very bad attitude. They do not care about what they hand out to people. Today this girl yelled at my granddaughter (who is not a child) because she wanted to use the restroom. Never will we waste our money at Dunkin’. They just are not good anymore.

I would normally go into 4 McIntosh Road, but they are temporary closed, so I now travel to Ogletown Stanton Road. There is a girl with a very short cut with brown tint that worked at both locations. I guess they moved her over the Olgetown location when McIntosh closed. The girl is always rude, you can not ask her a question. Please go find another job. If you can't handle customer service, please look for a job where there is no interactions with customers, like production.

There's a worker in the morning that always puts a smile on my face. She is mostly at the cashier but is always friendly and I always look forward to seeing her there . Thank you ! This morning I asked for a cookie butter frozen coffee and she went out of her way to make it special, I appreciate that !

I work at the hospital so this location is most convenient; but something has happened to the quality of the food. I get a bagel sandwich and the bagel is almost always stale. So I stopped coming for breakfast. I stopped for a treat this morning and got my usual egg and cheese bagel - the egg was burnt! Brown on one side. Cheese burnt and the bagel was hard as a rock. I threw it right in the trash. I feel like this location doesn’t have fresh stuff. How someone put that sandwich in a bag for someone to eat is beyond me. Time for another break
