As others have mentioned service at this place sucks! I walked in and stood there for a good bit and the short blonde girl with glasses went above and beyond to avoid making eye contact with me, after a bit I walked out.
Just go to the other end of the mall to Dunkin’s, much much better and faster

Low rating is for the prices. $6.10 for a small mocha latte. Tasted good and service was good but I won't be back at these prices.

While spending and afternoon shopping my husband and I decided to stop for a lunch break at Nordstrom Grille. Our crab bisque was phenomenal, the lunch plates were so flavorful and to top it off we shared a lemon ricotta cookie that was absolutely delicious. I would recommend others to stop in and dine. It was filling and enjoyable.

Best chai latte in town. Iced or hot this chai latte is the best balanced drink. If anyone disagrees please let me know :D
They have non-dairy options. Just ask.
Also, Ask for foam on top of the iced chai latte. Butter croissant is yummy.
Staff is very friendly. They always manage to put a smile on my face.

Soups and salads and sandwiches were great! Lots of flavor and filling! No wait. Waitress very nice. Quality meal for not a huge cost.

I used to love this coffee shop and was a regular for a long time because the drinks were consistently great and the customer service was top-notch. Lately though, the experience has really gone downhill. The last couple of visits have been disappointing. It seems like the staff now is mostly younger and honestly, it feels like they don't really care. When I walked up to order, I was met with attitude instead of a welcome.

I ordered a salted caramel mocha with no whipped cream, but what I got was a drink overloaded with chocolate, no noticeable caramel flavor, and a mountain of whipped cream on top. It felt like they didn’t listen to a word I said.

Back in the day, there was a bald guy who always seemed to be running things, and the whole team then really cared about making quality drinks and treating customers well. I miss that level of service and consistency.

Really hope they can get back to what made this place special.

I absolutely love this place and frequent it quite a bit. The food is always delicious and the service is always outstanding. Brittany is thee best server; friendly, attentive and always on point!

Dinner at Nordstrom Grill never disappoints. It's a great place to gather with friends for drinks and a great meal. The service is always spectacular, as well!

Casual but nice restaurant to enjoy lunch or dinner with friends. Service is good and food is fresh and delicious!

Eggnog latte was good. Service stunk! Attendant threw up her hands on the air after I missed saying what size I wanted and if hot or cold. That’s a standard question anyway they have to ask their clients so why be upset if client failed to state in the beginning???

Ordered a strawberry ice storm, it didn't even taste like strawberry just cold milk. Service was good tho, just disappointed in the drink bc prior drinks have tasted amazing when I've ordered.

Four of us stopped in for lunch. We all ordered salads and enjoyed them very much, particularly the Cobb. The only tiny negative was that the salmon was slightly overcooked. Our server was excellent and we appreciated the quiet booth where we could talk.

Poor service, my date and I weren't formally introduced to our waiter. Food was not cooked to our expectations, and there was no manager or supervisor around to help us out in the situation.
