This shrimp soup was phenomenal and I also got it with a warm croissant… you guys will regret not stopping by… 100%recommended!!!

I asked for an iced latte and instead I got a hot one with no vanilla & I asked for a croissant and I got the display one??? Couldn't they get one out of the bag?? Terrible

Love staff, best fresh affordable coffee. Being going there since my kids were in a stroller. They love lemonade and smoothies . A must stopover while at the Mall.

Excellent coffee & smoothie bar next to the mall-side entrance to Nordstrom. The cappuccinos and mochas I’ve had so far have hit the spot and the seating area just outside the ebar has a relaxing lounge vibe and seems never overly busy.

I go here about twice a week.They have the best tropical iced tea As soon as they see us they start making our special order.The people in the ebar are really friendly and accommodating. They are the best of the best ❤️

For some reason, out of many seats, we were told to seat right next to the couple who had a crying infant. I didn’t understand the reservation rule...not sure why there was waiting time and their own opening time. The salad I ordered contained corns and tortilla toppings that weren't mentioned on the menu.

Really didn't enjoy the restaurant upstairs in Nordstrom, the sit down café. I was good to them and tipped, but they were bad in return. So maybe they shouldn't be tipped anymore... The staff is super rude, and strange acting. 1) It looked like a guy was on his phone, behind the counter, in the food service area looking a picture. Employee was a loud, annoying guy (maybe in his 30s). Don't know his name, he was possibly hispanic (this may identify him to management). Works on Saturdays. 2) Female waitress messed up order and dropped things on floor. Tall Caucasian girl, with dark hair (maybe in her 30s). I think her name was Charlotte or something. She works on Saturdays. I've called several times to complain, and they refused to issue a refund over the phone. They'll reap what they sow. I'll probably go to corporate after posting this review, as I'm still not satisfied. I think it's time to hire new staff.

My husband purchased a Strawberry Banana freeze, and I tried it and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly.

In front of Nordstroms is the eBar. Great coffees, pastries and snacks. We enjoyed an Egg Nog Latte, Black and White Latte, Toasted Bagel, Chocolate Croissant and a Crumb Cake. Staff were all really friendly. Tables in the mall just outside are a nice place to enjoy your purchases. Premium prices for nice products. We don’t live in the area, but would visit again if we were in the mall.

$5.25 for some ice club soda and a splash of vanilla that they can't even bother to stir!!! Don't waste your money
