If you haven’t stopped by Ed’s hot dogs. You need to go and try the bacon cheddar jalapeño bbq smash burger you will never go to a local McDonald’s ever again. I can promise you that A+++++++.

To be honest like fully, I saw the reviews and thought maybe these are just unfortunate events and I’d like to give them a try myself. My experience was every bad review reincarnated. When I arrived a co-worker and I saw someone pay for a hot dog and leave. Us next ask for two smashed burgers Ed’s way. Mind you she says ok, turns around and continues previous orders before us. Then standing there waiting to pay for “said burgers” she then proceeded to tell me to hold on. I go to sit down at the benches in front of the truck thinking I’ll be accommodated next. 3 others walk up and PAY and get served hot dogs. I’m confused to why I haven’t gotten to pay for my order. Then I see her after those people begin making our orders. Didn’t sit right with me. So I waited in the car for my coworker and decided well if it takes to long I’ll leave cause we were on break. I’d rather just leave than have to ask for a refund. After my coworker comes back from the bathroom in the Home Depot he asked them if it was almost ready and I quote “you’ll have to wait, burgers are done fries aren’t.” And I just saw a basket of fries get finished after placing our order. We left because the whole ordeal just felt off from the beginning. I was excited to try Ed’s food truck out but honestly unless you want a boiled hot dog from an old bat just leave it alone. If she let us pay we would have stayed and waited, but the lack of communication and poor service was enough for me to yapp a review about them. Try Ed’s hot dogs at your own risk if you don’t believe me.

This food truck is not sanitary. I watched the lady making the hot dogs touch the hotdogs with her bare hands and talk over the food while she’s making it. The onions and toppings are all out in the open where flies can get on it. The condiments are sitting in the hot sun. After I ate my hotdog, I felt nauseous. And to be frank (no pun intended), the hotdog didn’t even look fully cooked…it was a grayish color. Great customer service, but this place is absolutely unsanitary.

I thought this was ok for a chili dog but just had one. Cold dog cold chili and they could care less. Last one there ever.

Friendly folks. Made to order delicious breakfast sandwiches. Quick. Easy. Cheap. Quite frankly they single handedly might have just restored my faith in humanity and our potential.
