Service & food were amazing Hostess not so much , miserable and barely spoke . Not one smile , don’t understand how this individual is the greeter /hostess . She was not friendly or welcoming . Set the tone for the rest of the time there . Should hire someone who actually likes their job and wants to be there with a smile to greet .

A nice open environment with a unique menu and wonderful staff. The service was very efficient and friendly and overall the experience requires me to visit again. The only thing they need to do is update their online menu to.match the in-house menu. I was anticipating getting a Prime Rib which they no longer have bit was happy with my Lamb Chops.

Eggspectation in Christiana is a must for brunch. The cocktails are incredible, creative, well balanced, and easily some of the best brunch drinks around. Food was just as good, everything came out fresh and on point.
Huge shoutout to Tee, our server. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better without ever being overbearing. The atmosphere is modern, bright, and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed but elevated brunch.
We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

Wow! Retired US Marine/Wife Army. Relocated from Chicago, IL. We drive to Eggspectation monthly from APG Maryland for breakfast. Everyone we come in contact are always pleasant and courteous. The food is ALWAYS amazing! Special thanks to Ms. Julianna, Mr. Reese and Mr. JR. Thanks! We’ll be back!😎
Update: January 24, 2026. I decided to drive to Wilmington, DE from APG to check on elderly family to ensure they were ready for the pending storm. I asked my wife if she wanted to ride with me. She said no, Ima sleep in. I said OK-I'm going to stop at Eggspectation's for breakfast. I prepared to get ready and leave. She already in the truck... Stated when she heard I was stopping at Eggspectation's I was no longer tired.....We had an excellent breakfast and Leah was amazing! Had a great visit with family and everything went well. Thanks again all!

I ordered croissant french toast that was drizzled in maple syrup and almonds on top. The food was hot as fresh. Next time I'll ask for the syrup to be on the side. Service was amazing and we had a great time.
