This place is the best in the area for Chinese food! The portion sizes are very generous, the quality of the food is excellent, and everything I've had here has been absolutely delicious, which is a wonderful surprise, especially given the reasonable prices. Big generous chunks of premium chicken in all their chicken dishes, and both the wonton soup and the scallion pancakes are utterly addictive. My personal favorite, though, is their beef lo mein.
I've tried a couple other Chinese takeout places around here, but none of them have even come close to Empire and I find myself coming back once every week or two.
Parking: Easy to park as it's in a strip mall. Always lots of spots available.

I love this place... the dishes are really satisfying, the portions are big, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely my go-to Chinese restaurant in the Elkton area. I highly recommend trying out their scallion / onion pancakes and their wonton soup in particular, which are absolutely delicious. I'm so glad I stumbled across this place after moving here a few months ago... I've tried a couple other Chinese restaurants, but nothing comes anywhere close to Empire for me, and their online ordering system is so easy and convenient.

Literally the absolute worse experience I have ever had. I called and placed my order. I realized that I didn’t order anything for my toddlar, Called back and asked to do lo min instead of beef and broccol & the Chinese man with the bun named Ken stated that because my order was ready that I could not change my order. I asked why.. no explanation given. I had to get my daughter food and was told no. While this was happening his wife was stating that she will take my order and that it is no problem. Meanwhile he continues to be very disrespectful and rude in front of his own child and everyone in the store. I used to love this place but after this experience I will absolutely NEVER be returning and sharing that with all of my family and friends. I am big on customer service and where I spend my money and this completely dissatisfied me!! If you want respect from who is making your food then don’t go here. Also, very very exspensive. Go to Great Wall up the street!! Worth it I promise.
