We arrived 1140am. It was my first time there. The restaurant was lively. We were warmly greeted, and seated immediately. The tables and seats were clean. The menu had plenty of food and drink options, which were reasonably priced. My meal, a seasonal dish pictured, was shrimp and grits. It was seasoned to perfection, well portioned, and filling. I can’t wait to visit again to try another dish.

This new location was pretty good! It's well lit in terms of location. I got seated right away and was greeted within seconds of sitting.My lemon ricotta pancakes were amazing! So light and airy, and 2 was more than plenty!I dig the little things like knowing I can get sugar free syrup, or can mix and match the meals and the price remains reasonable. Never a dull moment at First Watch!

I like the new location, it is bright and clean. I have been there several times for breakfast and lunch. Food is good and service attentive. Breakfast atmosphere is pleasant; lunch is a different story. Lunch time is very busy and the place is VERY loud. My lunch dishes came out luke warm.

Waited 10 minutes and no one came by our table. Not busy and saw plenty of servers walking around. Made eye contact with several servers who just turned away. Eventually left as we were thirsty and clearly were not getting anything anytime soon. Hostess didn’t even acknowledge us when we passed her on our way out.

This was my first time at FirstWatch. It was clean and nicely decorated. The food was good, I would go back to try something from the lunch menu though. I had the breakfast tacos and the lavender lemonade.

I have eaten here three times so far. The atmosphere was very clean and peaceful. The service was great; the servers were very attentive. I had pork sausages and pancakes and they were very good(esp. the lemon ricotta ones!!). The price is a little above average but it is worth it. I will definitely return here.

My time here felt very rushed by my server Erin. He came over and asked if I was ready after I literally just sat down I told him it was first time and he didn’t bother to welcome me in or suggest anything on the menu. He had such a very stale face and vibe to him. I had a much better experience from the young man who brought me my food, Arman. He had a smile and a welcoming attitude. He asked if everything looked okay, if I needed anything and how I was doing today. I would have much rather him as my server. Although the food was good and the restaurant looked very clean it was slightly packed with tables with hardly any room to walk I will be back if only Arman is my server otherwise it was my first and last time here.

We have eaten a just about every location in New Castle county, the food at the Newark Grove location the food was very good.The only bad experience was the waiting area way to small and when you are seated near the entrance and exit doors it was very cold because of the entry door being kept open by people coming in on leaving .Definitely should be reconfigured, exit and entryKid-friendliness: A lot more kids at Newark Grove location
