Do yourself a big favor and never give this place any business! They are terrible, unprofessional, and an overall disorganized and poorly ran business. I recently ordered wings, and eggrolls. When my order was delivered, I had no cheesesteak eggrolls, and no dipping sauces that were requested. When I called and inquired about the missing food item, I was told that they ran out of cheesesteak eggrolls. Meanwhile, no one ever called or notified me. When I asked the manager on duty why Someone wouldn’t take the time to call me and notify me of this, the manager stated that is not something they do. When I asked for a refund, the manager on duty said that they are not trained to give refunds and that I have to wait for the owner to refund me my money. This is an absolute disgrace, and I will never support this place again.

Got some boneless wings here recently and I had no issues with their good. I walked in and it was weird. Had to order from a tablet. But I guess it the new way of doing things that I have seen more and more off.Priced reasonably and the boneless wings was fine. Nothing special here but late night and it’s close to the SpringHill Suites hotel. Landed in there later on in the evening and just wanted something quick to fill my stomach. There was plenty for me to take back to the hotel and finish later on.

This was our first time at Freddy's since it was Bullseye. Bullseye was known for their bomb food and Freddy's is no different. Great food and even better service! I wish I remembered the bartenders name but our server Isaac was great! I wish he was my server at every restaurant I go to. Super personable and friendly. 10/10

Ordered pickup off their website (AND PREPAID FOR IT) and when we went to pick it up, was informed that it had already picked up. So they gave out the wrong order which wouldn't have been a big deal but they didn't remake my food. At this point it was a 45 mins past the time we were supposed to pick it up. Girl at the counter and managet were completely incompetent in fixing their mess up and told me to go through doordash for a refund. Did this the next day and it's been two weeks and still no refund and no one had any answers. If you want to waste $50 then order from here.

This place was literally terrible. I will never come back to this place again. One star is honestly generous, if I can rate zero starts I would. The wings were so over cooked couldn’t even chew it and we ordered the sweet and spicy sauce instead it was in SOY sauce. I have never had a terrible experience like this before. Save your money and don’t waste it at this place.

Horrible service and food. Waited 30 minutes for chicken tenders that tasted and felt like they had been under a warming trey. The soda machine was overflowing and broke as I tried to use it. Overpriced and incredibly unsatisfying.
8/23/23 wow we simply went in to ask for food, it was late but not closing time. girl with black hair and nose pierced said we were asking for too much absolutely ridiculous. it's crazy how I can't order close to closing time, you don't own the business all you do is work for it absolutely disrespectful. just kept telling we were asking for too much before we even announced our order.

Going downhill very quick, ordered wings online, got them home no sauce, old wing mixed with fresh cooked wings, Took them back to the store, server who said she's owners daughter said couldn't give me refund because it was ordered through Doordash, When I asked why old wings mixed with new ones she said ordered was place at 12 noon, Which was wrong. Ordered was place at 2:12 pm pick up 20 minutes later. A lot of excuses. Finally they remade the order

I ordered 20 tenders with a side of 4 sauces. I didn't get a single side of sauce. The tenders were cold and soggy, and chewy for some reason. I have had many problems with their service in the past, and would not reccomend. The servers are rude and the seating arrangements are very poor. 0/10

So apparently I had a party and I ordered from TGI Fridays. I placed an order for Nashville boneless chicken wings and they were awesome. Then when all of my friends were still hungry I tried to order again but TGI Fridays had closed down. Then I ordered from Freddy's the same order Nashville boneless chicken wings and the wings were so horrible that none of us even tried to eat them. They were soggy and absolutely tasteless. It really put a horrible experience for the party. I try to explain the same the next day to the manager as a feedback on call but she was least interested and didn't take the feedback properly. No apologies nothing. I just wanted them to understand that the food wasn't good. Please don't eat here as neither the food is good nor they are willing to improve at all. If you are looking for wings please order from conviction wings by TGI Fridays. Thank me later
