The populace is better off, no longer having this restaurant as a dining option.

The onion rings are the best in the world!!! Great food, at great prices, and an excellent staff! You're doing yourself, and your family, a major disservice if you drive past the Glass Kitchen for a typical chain restaurant experience!

The best part if our meal was the bacon.... cooked to perfection. The coffee had tons of grounds in it, that or it was instant coffee. There were egg shells and a hair in my omelet. Everything cam out cold. Child's pancakes had to be sent back because they were under cooked. I can say with confidence we won't be back.

It was a nice "throw back" breakfast treat. Pleasant staff and good food. Stop wasting money at the Arches. Sit down and enjoy a good breakfast.

My parents started going here back in the 60's and it's still my favorite place to eat. The onion rings are the best I've ever eaten. Not many establishments like this left. Treat yourself to a great meal here sometime. You won't regret it!

Best salad dressing and pies I've ever had. Ive been coming since I was a child and even though I live in Florida I always stop in when i visit family. Wish they would bring back lemon chiffon pie and the coconut cream pie is superb

My husband ordered the beef liver and I ordered the prime rib. Both were superb! The prime rib was cooked to my liking and the liver was very tasty! For our sides, we ordered fried eggplant, baked potatoes and salad. All were excellent! Especially the fried eggplant. Crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. Our server Kiarra, was very attentive and willing to fulfill all of our requests. She even tempted us with dessert afterwards; which we graciously declined due to us not being able to eat another bite! Overall, our experience was good. We will be returning again sometime soon.

Now I know why we haven't been there for a while. food was pretty awful. Paid $10 for a stuffed pork chop that was about a half inch thick. And $19 for a piece of prime rib that was like shoe leather. Definitely will not be going back there again.

Just there on July 12, 2018. The service (Becky) was very sociable, and pleasant. Had the special: pulled pork sandwich with peas/beets. Very good taste. I liked the brown gravy. Reasonable price. Still can't believe they've been in Glasgow, DE since 1952. My dad always stopped here on our way to Atlantic City in the late 50's and early 60's (when the city was a family resort). Good memories here!
