Anyway I walk in to pick up order and the place was empty, quiet, there were chairs stacked and boxes like it was a new place. Luckily a girl popped out of the back and acknowledged my order...

Had their food twice. Both times were combos. Had General Tso's and Sesame Chicken. Gives plenty of food in the combo and really no complaints! Good choice if you want quick Chinese takeout food

TRASH!!! Had orange chicken with fried rice. The chicken tasted like it was sautéed in hot sauce and the rice wasn't even fried. Just plain yellow rice.

Spent $60 on food that was not fresh...chicken wings were totally dry, beef and broccoli...didn't taste like beef, same funky sauce as in the Happy Family...nothing happy about that either, contained something that resembled shrimp, but they had the consistency of shoe leather...and yes, they need to look up a recipe for fried rice...we got yellow rice with like 5 shrimp..yellow rice is NOT fried rice ..smh...very disappointed...

Okay so I ordered thru the internet/website, but don't do that because they forgot my order because it was ordered 2 hrs. In advance! Stay on Grubhub or DoorDash when ordering. Lo mein is a little sweet but good, sweet and sour chicken was delicious but came with no vegetables, even though the picture on door dash shows sweet and sour chicken or shrimp with mixed vegetables? All you get is shrimp or chicken and sauce. It was super delicious sweet and sour shrimp though! ** my delivery was 45 minutes late and I had to call them to find out why it wasn't delivered the first time, and they said we are very busy and we forgot to do the orders in advance or into the future or pre-ordered hours before hand. I thought the pork eggrolls tasted kind of not super delicious, but they were OK. I got the teriyaki chicken on a stick and those were very good. The chicken fried rice comes with white meat chicken! The chicken fried rice also has onions in it. I asked Great Wall for 25chicken rice soy sauce packets and they gave me five? I put in the comment section give me extra soy sauce packets and I got five! It sounds like to me that the restaurant is very busy and very backed up, and they're doing the best they can, and overall I thought the experience was not too bad and the food was pretty good, but losing my delivery was irritating, but they did give me three free eggrolls for my inconvenience. I think I would order from them again and they were very nice to me on the phone. I will give the whole experience, everything included, a three out of five stars.
Sometimes the food is amazing and sometimes the rice is stale and will make you sick. I think you have to know the time of day that they make fresh food. otherwise you will get left over food.

Food wasn't that bad. Most bad reviews are from ordering from the actual restaurant itself. I ordered through grubhub. The food came faster than anticipated by the app, but I stay less then ten minutes away, I expected that much. What I was really amazed with was how hot the food was. I've ordered many delivery services, and I've become content with my food being just warm. I ordered a quart chicken fried rice, general tso's chicken, and sesame chicken. This was first time trying the chicken fried rice and I wasn't a fan. It's seemed as if the chicken was boiled and not pan fried, it was also a little salty. Everything else was fine and tasted up to par. I'd order here again. Also this place isn't that cheap in my opinion.

Only giving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review, I just got an order of cheese/crab wonton and they we're so burnt I couldn't even chew them had barely anything in them. Wish it would let me ad pictures
