Anytime I get to DE I always make it a point to stop at a Grotto's. Best tasting pizza staff and bartenders were friendly and on point.

Just received my 85 dollar order from grottos. 12 dollar tuna sub that's 6 inches long with very little tuna....ceaser salad for 11 bucks with no dressing, no croutons, no parm cheese, 2 olives, 3 onion rings, and a small handful of romaine.... they should be embarrassed to let this leave the kitchen.... try to call and no one picks up! Kitchen sucks, quality control doesn't exist, prices are high, should be ashamed but in sure they care more about overserving college kids and ripping everyone off with no way to even contact them!!!!!!! Shame

I went with my global entry card and they denied me. This card gets me into every country with tsa pre but not this horrible bar? Not even fun! Worst service ever.

After placing a take out order and looking around, area wasn’t very clean. Floor was sticky. Shoes were actually sticking to the floor. Random crumbs. Tried calling at 11:23 am and 11:32 am on a Friday and got a recording that we were calling outside of their hours. Cashier didn’t seem to be having a good day. Pizza’s were not as good as they used to be. Not sure was happened to this store. Used to be clean and made good pizza. Definitely not worth $65 for 3 pies anymore.

This place is horrible my daughter went there last Saturday and a female punched her in her face while sitting at the bar. Security did absolutely nothing at all to help my daughter! Once my daughter was leaving two girls and multiple men started hitting her outside literally in front of the doors of Grottos. And still security did nothing. I called today and spoke with the manager name Keith and he literally made no sense at all. I asked him did he see the footage he said yes I seen when the girl punched your daughter. I said exactly so why the hell didn’t security didn’t do their job. His response was just silent like seriously Keith has no management experience what so ever …. So I called grottos corporate office the First Lady that answered claimed she could not hear me once I said I’m going to sue for lack of security she then hung up on me. I called again and a lady name Tracy answered and once again I told this lady that I was going to sue she started to huff and puff Tracy hung up on me also …. Called back tracy quickly transferred my call to Glen who works for the HR department and Glen didn’t care to take any incident report said he also had no knowledge of what happened on Saturday which Keith should have completed an incident report. The most frustrating issue is my daughter did not know who attacked her. Once she went outside grown men and women attacked her. Stay away from this place. I know this is an outing for young people but this is not a safe environment with so much security staff that do absolutely nothing. To the workers here, let’s see how you feel if your daughter is getting attacked with people just standing around doing nothing.
actually so rude. would not play phillies in game 5 of NLCS. you cannot say you are a sports bar and not play the game. so annoying and bad service in response to complaints. if you’re looking for sports go to Deerpark. it’s down the street!

1.16.23 We phoned in an order for pick up. When we got home the pizza box was empty. No pizza. The name and order number were on the box but no pizza in the box. The whole order was screwed up and we did not get at all what we ordered. The craziest part is that the pizza box was completely empty.

Rode the trike 60 miles, one way , to get Grotto's pizza ! Good excuse to go for a ride but always worth the trip for great pizza.

Went for lunch. Wings were good and so was the French Onion soup. Bartender was super nice. However, I could have done without the (loud) burping coming from the kitchen staff that was standing at the end of the bar. That was a little disturbing to hear while eating. Also, bathrooms were not clean and the restaurant just opened. It was empty in there. Might wanna check the cleaning crew.
