Alhamdulillah, I come here every time I’m in the area! Allahumma Barik, without any exaggeration this is probably the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had in my life! I ordered from Gyro King this afternoon, getting a Chicken Cheese Stack and a Cheeseburger. I specifically requested the cheeseburger to be cheese only, with no mayo or salad, However, when I got home and unpacked the order, I found that they had added mayo, salad —everything I asked them not to include.
This was especially frustrating because my wife is pregnant and cannot have mayo, which made the burger not safe for her to eat. It was a real letdown to see such a simple customization request ignored. The service here was very disappointing. They really need to be more careful with custom orders, especially when it’s something as important as dietary restrictions.
It’s the little details that make or break a customer's experience, and unfortunately, this one was a miss. I hope they can improve on this in the future, because I do enjoy their food otherwise. But I can’t risk this happening again.
