Extremely rude and poor attitude from the employee. I am a mall employee & recently ordered a newer menu item that a different employee made for me, the employee today told me I couldn’t order that menu item because it didn’t exist I then corrected her and told her that her coworker just days ago had told me it was available. I requested a small she made a large and then when i asked for the receipt she thought it’d be a good idea to say goodbye with a sarcastic comment.Your employees are actively harming your business with poor customer service.

As I left, I turned around and saw her do a fist pump to her coworker as if she was happy that I didn’t end up ordering? lol. Owner can respond thank you to that! Yall tripping in these reviews. I go here often and they're always open until 8pm. It's giving entitled, have none of you ever clocked in a day in your life? You shouldn't be ordering ice cream if they are actively closing anyways. Go somewhere else. And I have seen multiple workers staying past close to help customers. I remember Dottie, Myles, Kyleigh, and Cami, even though Cami told me she was new! The staff are exceptional.

Oh this was just the highlight of my mall trip. Highly recommend the mango. Very helpful worker named Kyleigh. She was very patient even though there was a line. Single handedly running that kiosk!
Visited this location for ice cream at 7:29pm. Employee turned us away citing he is closed. Posted sign state closing time is 8pm.

Had several bad experiences with them but kept hoping things would change. We order via GrubHub, the store is slow to confirm the order, even slower to fulfill the order, then at 7:55pm they cancel. Why wait over an hour to cancel an order you have no intention of filling? Just turn off GH ordering!

Few days back i got a pistachio shake at 8 pm but, today the lady told me that they stopped doing milkshakes past 7 pm. This is really disappointing.
