Good bagels but the door says Monday-Sunday 7am-3pm and that’s just not true. They never open on time and are closed on sundays. Maybe fix the hours on the door
I wish I could leave zero stars. Called to order two breakfast sandwiches, sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and scrapple and egg white on white bread. Was told 10 minutes, person who answered the phone did not ask for my name, and when I get there over 15 minutes after placing the order it still takes 20 more minutes of waiting. When the order finally comes up I receive a sausage egg and cheese and a scrapple egg and cheese on a bagel... after confirming three times in the phone that it was supposed to be scrapple and egg white on bread. They remake the sandwich, and 10 minutes later when that comes out it is a scrapple and egg (not egg whites) so still wrong. We did not receive money back or any type of hospitality after the order was wrong twice in a row. There were at least 5 other people waiting who were clearly just as annoyed as me. Do better Hot Bagels...

Absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 dozen plain bagels and was told my order got cancelled. I go in and they have 2 dozen plain but won't sell them to me. I have to repurchase 1 dozen plain because that is all that was "allowed" to be sold to me. I still have not received my $20 refund and it has been 2 weeks.

I went to buy a dozen bagels at 9:30 am. They wouldn’t let me buy the last 4 cinnamon raisin bagels as part of my dozen. They said they had to save some for the rest of the day - so it didn’t matter that I was a paying customer. Very poor customer service. And I won’t be going back to this location.

Employees were not enthused with my arrival despite being the only customer. The bagelI clearly asked for an everything bagel, not toasted, which the cashier stated back to me for confirmation. Bagel was still toasted. Why is the default to toast a bagel which was made this morning?? Also a very sorry amount of cream cheese. The bagel tasted pretty standard which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. CoffeeHot coffee was standard. Iced coffee - given plastic cup. Self serve ice with a PASTA FORK. Must put ice in plastic cup and pour hot coffee over it. Great way to water down my coffee. These are the things that a BAGEL place needs to get right.
