I soon as I walk in the atmosphere was heavy and everyone was looking at me and my boyfriend with racism, we will not be back. The cashier was rude with her looks and not professional and the food was ready but they didn’t even hang it to me or gave me a number at register so I can listen when they called for my food so I had to ask for it 8 minutes later and they hand it to me with attitude.

I understand that mistakes happen, but you’d think a place that specializes in breakfast sandwiches would be more cautious when making up their eggs. I found a HUGE piece of shell in my sandwich. The first bite, fine sometimes shell gets into the eggs, eat it and move past it. The second bite, MORE shell??? I opened up my sandwich to find a 2 inch piece of shell mixed in with my eggs. The cooks must be high. To not catch that before sending it out is insane. Anyway, the sandwich was good I guess, but honestly I miss the Hot Bagels Cafe on south chapel street. Never had any issues with them.

Disregarded the fact that we mentioned HEALTH aspect in our original review and tried to make it about me disrespectful to their employee via my comments just got u all 1 star. That explains why she was comfortable with walking off disrespectfully, because she knows her boss will defend her poor customer service. We would NEVER recommend this place.
Anna took our order over the phone. Was very nice and kind. When arrived there was not the same SVC vibe from the brown girl at the Register.. 1.. wearing that mask doesn't allow anyone to see a smile of customer service friendly(if at all) then wen had a specific medical request and spoke of mngr she ignored and walked away. Anna was professional and offered to clean the area and accomodations within reason. FIRE that other girl she is rude and lacks customer service. Never want ppl to lose their job or income but you don't play with ppl health and time. Stop being urban minded and carry yourself in area more dignified representation of a quaint cute bagel shop. Especially if a customer makes you know in advance. Easy 5 stars had the brown girl attitude and customer service skills were not lacking. Food is good. Clean.

Drove past the location at 220 in the afternoon, the open sign was lit. Parked, walked and arrived at about 230, closed. Listed closing time is 3. So disappointing when you drive to a different state because they rate so well only to come up shorthanded. The only way I see this as acceptable management is if they ran out of bagels. In which case, I'd expect a sign on the door notifying of their success.
These are the best bagels in the state of Delaware. The only other place we love our bagels is from New York City. Now we love our bagels in Delaware. 💜💜💜💜💜💜 So soft, tasty fresh perfect!

The “Marco Polo” sandwich that I ordered was absolutely delicious! The salmon was fresh, the cream cheese portion was generous, the capers added a unique element of flavor, and most importantly the Black Russian bagel that I ordered was the best that I’ve ever had. I would absolutely recommend. My favorite breakfast spot in DE.
