This is a proper breakfast sandwich.The bacon is crispy, the egg and the cheese are both evenly distributed among the bagel.The bagel is an excellent mix of soft and doughy on the inside, while crunchy on the outside.Prices are very reasonable.Would happily come back again.

My girlfriend ordered a sandwich and it was made wrong. We went up and told them exactly what it was supposed to be and it was made wrong again. We then went up a second time and were treated very poorly by the employees working. I was charged $11 for a sandwich that cost $7 and it was made wrong two times. Very disappointed because this place is usually my go to.

I ordered two sandwiches, I asked for extra topping on one and they charged me for extra but didn’t give it to me … charged me extra money for nothing , and then it took an hour for my two sandwiches to be ready , I waited an hour for a sandwich that I didn’t even like ! Waste of money , never going

I placed an order at 10:07. Received a text that it was ready at 11:15 am when it was only suppose to take 20 mins. Got there and they said they needed another 3-4 mins. I ordered way in advance because I know the place is busy and wanted to be in and out. But over an hour is crazy

Good bagels, but the cashier would curse out loud whenever the phone rang and was playing some strange, extreme, and vitriolic streaming "news" on the TV that was extremely upsetting. It was just a parade of extremists advocating violence. Again, good food, but terrible, toxic vibes. Won't be back.
The man behind the counter was flat out rude. First they told us there was no way to ring up a bagel with cheese. We then said we would just substitute a bagel with cream cheese for a slice of cheese and pay for it. They said again they have no way of ringing that up. When we asked for clarification, he said “ I told you there’s no way to ring it up”. We canceled our order and left. I was also going to order two dozen bagels to go. A few months ago, they gave me difficulty for asking them to slice the bagels. Clearly, it’s my fault for returning today. Absolutely rude and I will never be back.

After patiently anticipating my order for 35 minutes, I finally received my two delectable bagels accompanied by sun-dried tomato and scallion cream cheese. Regrettably, the bagels were sparsely adorned with the cream cheese, leading to a rather disappointing experience.

ok bagels, disorganized store, total chaos, if you get bagel with egg, very greasy, need tons off napkins to wipe off the grease dropping off your chin, their east chestnut hill location way better then main st store.
