It is my third time visiting Ichiban since moving to DE in May. The atmosphere is decent, laid back and they play a lot of modern pop music and some oldies in between. The inside has kind of an older feel to it. They have hibachi and a sushi bar, along with other plates and a kid's menu. I have only gone for the Sushi, and it is also very decent for the price.
My first time was a Sunday night, and they had a half-off special on rolls, which was an unexpected...

I was waiting in the car for a pick up of our order, but everything was mouthwatering when we finally reached our destination for the night.
I ordered shrimp tempura sushi,
As well as udon noodle soup with shrimp.
We shared the spring rolls.
Amazingly good! It was still hot when we got to the hotel!
