Went to grab a late breakfast this morning and couldn’t believe the wait. We arrived at 11:35am and didn’t get served until almost 12:30pm!! I have never experienced that long of a wait anywhere. On top of that, our server barely acknowledged us during this time. I’m honestly shocked we received our drinks. Once the food came out, it was cold like it had been sitting on the line for the entire hour. The server said something about a new cook in training - not sure that Sunday is a great day to have a new employed on the line. Just sad over all. It’s eggs and pancakes… shouldn’t be this complicated.

Server had us waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes for our food and everybody before us got there food and was about to leave . Other servers were looking but not asking are we good or why we didn’t have food yet and being smart and only saw our server twice we got there @12:06 and didn’t get out till 2:50pm.

I miss being able to call the restaurant and order a pickup order. IHOP has made it incredibly difficult to order pickup. They don't answer the phone. Ordering online is complicated and in no way convenient. You can't order unless you have an IHOP account. IHOP has forgotten a very important rule of business: Make it easy for your customers to do business with you.

Picked up a to go order at 730 am. It was fantastic. Will definitely be back even though the ihop on 202 is closer to me.
A smaller ihop restaurant, but well maintained. My only delima was getting into and out of the parking lot. There is a bit of construction going on. But to end on a good note, the Berry D Treasure French toast was awesome. Probably the biggest French toast slices I've ever seen! They also give a military discount.

The food was the best thing about our experience. We were waiting so long to be seated, I was pulling my cellphone out of my purse, getting ready to call the restaurant to make sure someone was actually working since we didn't see any employees in the restaurant for at least 10 minutes. It took awhile til our server came over to get our drink order and even longer to get our drinks, all sodas. Our food took a very long time to come out as well. We spent more time in this restaurant than we did at the funeral we in Delaware for this day. I soon discovered why. While we were waiting for our food. My son's employer called me, so I was polite enough to take the phone call outside. I went to the side of the building and found the employees all standing around outside doing nothing with customer inside. SMH. They saw me and one of them said "oh" and turned around, but it still took forever. I would only recommend if you have an entire day to waste...
