Most weekdays that I've been to this location it has been quiet with no more than one other Patron in it. The staff is always friendly and attentive, the food never takes long to come out and is always just like the pictures. The sausage here for some reason is better than any other place in the area for breakfast.

I can say that this is a pretty good place to eat at anytime of day. The parking lot is under construction and it's small. However, there are places to park that are not an issue. Dinning area and bathrooms are clean and smell clean.. the only issue was that we had waited 10 minutes or so to get seated by going to the back kitchen area and asking for a table. No issues then. I’m from Va here In Newark De for work I have been to this location 4 times and each time the quality and service was worse than before. My last time I ordered a Breakfast sampler with all bacon price was $19.26 I thought that was a bit high but whatever, the lady was nice I tipped her $5.00 so my total is now $24.26. I got back to warehouse which about 5 miles away to find out I have been given turkey bacon. I went back to the ihop and stated my problem and I was charged for turkey bacon as well. The lady was nice and let me know that it would be put back on my card and she will be back with my food. I received my food not fresh just change the bacon out and now the rest of the food is cold and as for the bag with condiments has 1 syrup and two butter spreads. In VA if there was any problem the whole meal would have been refreshed at least for my troubles to even having to come back. Needless to say I’m done with going there. Good luck to everyone that goes…

This place was a horror movie in the making I came here to do brunch for my buddy birthdays and we did not get a server for a while and when we did she refused to give us the free kids birthday meal even that we signed up for it months ago

My wife's over medium eggs were over cooked by a long shot. Gave me sausage links instead of bacon. Didn't get a refill on my soda until i was done eating. They were understaffed, so all in all done decent

Was there yesterday for brunch. Our food came out late however, our server Desiree definitely made up for it. She constantly checked on us. Sat down with our kids and was very personable and sweet. She was very busy and we noticed even through the rush she didn't show any negative vibes. She was kind with every table she had. We will definitely be back!
