Customer service was good, the young lady tried to make the best out of a crappy situation. The beer selection wasn’t great. I know it’s ironic since it’s a brewery. The food potion wasn’t good for the price. Food took too long to come out when the restaurant wasn’t even near full capacity. Taste could be way better. We only ordered appetizers but it wasn’t worth it to be honest.

Iron Hill Brewery is the best! The service was superb, thanks to our stellar server, Ciani, who was personable and efficient. Ciani checked on us often. Our pepper jack cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and honey garlic shrimp noodles with edamame and sprouts were not skimpy. I apologize to the viewers for my nearly missed meal photo. Our food was so tasty that I almost missed the chance to take a picture! At the end of our dining experience, I informed Ciani that she was superb, bc she was warm and friendly, she checked on us often, and she filled our water glasses before we could ask! Bonus: our meals arrived within 15 minutes of ordering, and were scrumptious!

The calamari was burned to a crisp which wasn’t great. The burger was pretty good. The atmosphere of the place was definitely just a bar.

We were visiting my brother in law and had lunch here. Amazing salad and my sister got the salmon. Food was excellent, and I don’t normally even enjoy beer, but our server Joe was fantastic and made a great recommendation. Service was fast, and we had a great time. Will definitely recommend and come back!

Super service from Ava, who immediately offered free samples of their nicely rounded selection of beers. After a few pints, we had a wonderful dinner, and I recommend the chicken gumbo, which I would rate just a tad on the mild side. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to our next visit.

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is a standout brewpub on Main Street offering award‑winning ales and an elevated pub menu in a casual yet polished setting. Housed in a historic building, the interior mixes taps, leather booths, and seasonal decorations to create a lively atmosphere. The beer selection is formidable: over 20 taps plus bottles from local and national breweries. I sampled a tasting flight and thoroughly enjoyed a crisp pale ale and a malty amber. For food, I ordered specialty pizza topped with caramelized onions, goat cheese, roasted peppers, and balsamic drizzle—crust was chewy and flavorful. As an entrée, the creative sandwich with grilled chicken, balsamic glaze, arugula, and melted provolone was generous and well‑balanced. The bar also serves inventive cocktails and a solid wine list. Service was friendly and well informed about the brews. Portions are hearty, ideal for sharing. I appreciated the pub’s energy: a mix of students, local professionals, and families. A solid choice for a fun, flavorful meal paired with craft beer in a casual, welcoming space.

The food was ok. The staff was friendly but was highly distracted
Hostesses were more interested in their phones. The waiter was either undertrained, overwhelmed, or just inattentive, The restaurant wasn't packed, and our party almost left twice. We were there for nearly an hour before the silverware even showed up. Appetizers were missing, and drinks were empty.
Once the food was ordered it wasn't long. Just basically felt neglected. We will definitely look for other options for next time.

I have been an Iron Hill Rewards Club for a few years, today I am canceling unfortunately.
Today we were seated quickly for a table for six (two kids and four adults), drinks were kinda slow but acceptable. Getting food ordered was not bad, no complaints, food was good. Waiter was nice, but very inattentive.
Then came the wait… food finally comes and they didn’t bring the youngest kids (5 year old) food.
Took 10 minutes to wave down our waiter and told him we are still missing a meal. We were all mostly done eating when the little ones pizza finally made it. At which point he was not really hungry since he was eating our food.
Then came the wait for the bill; finally flagged down our waiter, let him know we would like our bill and my quarterly beer subscription (6-8 IH brewery cans of beer).
Finally got to pay. And waited at the table for 20 minutes with no quarterly beer subscription brought to us. Asked the waiter twice, each time I was told they were waiting for the manager to bring it.
Finally walked to the host desk at the front to inquire since the rest of my family had already left.
Told again the manager was getting it. At this point it had been more than 20 minutes since we paid. Told them to forget it, they can keep it, 20+ minutes for a manager to bring an 8-pack of beer from the cooler is ridiculous.
I don’t care if I even get the beer from them, I’m done, cancelling and not going back. Why does a manager need to bring my beer subscription if they are that “busy”?! Also, the restaurant was maybe half full when we were there, and less than that when we were eating at the end for the beer.

Stopped here for a quick lunch while passing through town with my husband snd my daughter. We were seated right away on a Sunday afternoon and there were no other customers in the restaurant, but we were seated at a booth with a huge rip and gaping hole in the vinyl. The food and service made up for it though. My daughter had the fried chicken sandwich. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich. And I had the turkey burger. We also had chips and queso to share. The location was convenient and we lucked out with street parking right in front of the restaurant.

Aside from our server being nothing short of professional, the experience was just OK. The floor felt sticky and greasy and the food was OK. I know this is a chain, and it sadly feels like it.

The food is good , but the service is really slow. It's a Friday night in the summer but not busy.
In the side room we're we are only the tables in the center are being use.
The A/C still i not up to par in this room .

The staff and the manager were very helpful. I was shopping for beer and got some great recommendations. Sampled a couple as well which is always nice.

Horrible experience trying to get seated. Place was a complete cluster between manager and hostess. We tried to get seated in an entirely empty place. There was literally 4 people there. We had 5 families and just asked to be seated near each other. Not even an attempt. She told us she wouldn’t be able to accommodate.
