I went back to J and C Chinese restaurant this afternoon to return some egg Fung that was burnt. MIne and my wife's order. I was told i was only going to get back half my money back which should have been $17 and change. Then he started nickel and diming me because I didn't bring back the gravy and the rice. He was only going to give me $13.90 back. I said whatever. Once that was finished, the young man told me not to ever order egg foo young again. I told him he didn't have to worry because I wasn't coming back. He said good. I told him for 13 years, I've been doing service with him and I've never had this problem before. But this is how you're going to treat me then I'm fine with it. Just give me back my money. 9/13/2025

nothing good, I was trying to place an order after a long day at work and they gave me the worst customer service, they wouldn't even let me order, they started yelling at me and cursing at me, even though I tried to calm them down, they hang up on me.

As someone who has worked in a Chinese restaurant and grew up in Chinatown, I would not eat at this place let alone go there. I walked in and it smelled like a moldy wet basement which was the deciding factor not to eat the food. I immediately walked away.

The food was decent and hot. The service was mediokra. What I had a huge problem with was how they only allow the customer into a small doorway with plexiglass all around. They should realize this is not presentable for customers here in the US however it's their business they can run it how they want but I'll take my business elsewhere too.
