Had a delightful experience, I ordered my food and waited for it to be made in my car since I had a work call, I set my timer for 15 minutes cause that's how long it said on the app, The wonderful woman working there brought it out to my car and delivered it to me, that is phenomenal customer service. The person that waited on me charged me $18.50 when it should have been 11.25 I understand people make mistakes but this seemed deliberate. No receipt, however I was compensated for the difference.makes me question the intention of people these days.

Visiting the area and usually go to Subways when traveling, and have been going to Subways for decades...Experienced terrible customer service at the local Subways and decided to try Jersey Mike's, couldn't have been more pleased, I think he's the manager (the brother in the picture with the beard) his customer service skills are off the charts, next level, the Tuna Sandwich was not just better than Subways but much better than Subways...Keep up the great work!!!!

This is not the first time that we went to this location before their closing hours and they say they are closed. If you close at 9pm, then stay open to 9pm. I have worked in customer service my whole life and I have never seen this ridiculousness closing 15 mins or more before the store closes and to be met with attitude and disrespect. And the manager had the audacity to be on the phone agreeing that the store should close early. Don't worry about our business or anyone connected to us again.

I absolutely love Jersey Mikes. But this is the second order that I have picked up from the Newark DE location on 896 that has been sub par. I received HALF of what was ordered for my sub. Giant tuna on Rosemary parm, lettuce, tomatoes , onions, AMERICAN CHEESE, mayo, vinegar and banana peppers . I have tuna, PROVOLONE cheese, onions, and barely any lettuce. I Tried calling the location numerous times once I got home (mistakes happen, and I thought maybe they gave me someone else’s sub). No answer every time. Unfortunately, I am unable to get back out, so I guess this is what’s for dinner.

I ordered a full sub paid $23 ($2 extra for extra cheese) and watched them build the sub (after paying first mistake) they did not add extra cheese. When I spoke up I was met with attitude and was dismissed. Cool, I will never come back to this location, love the company but I rather drive 30min away than get treated like that again.

Chicken cheesesteak is my go-to I would suggest getting too small Subs over one large I think you get a little bit more meat that way the people there are friendly and helpful and they really make my experience worthwhile they are generous with any sides that you want just much appreciated and it's very convenient for where I live

My younger brother and I came in today for the first time to finally try Jersey Mike's. They didn't disappoint us. They gentleman had a great smile on his face and greeted us as we walked in. A kind woman did the same. And they had our order ready as it said on the app. We even got to purchase some potato chips for our mother before leaving! The flavor was splendid, the soda was nice and cold. They had napkins in the bags well. They even kindly precut the Italian sub in four slices so we didn't need to cut anything. The cheese steak was precut in two slices. Everything was great. We will definitely come again when we are in that area.

Hi everyone, I don't hardly gives reviews like this, however. We are visiting and staying at the red roof in. I took my daughter to see what JM has to offer and get a menu. There about 3/4 min ,grab menus and left. About 10 min later, I we returned w the mother to oder in and eat. Well, not but 3 min inside the shop a colord man that works there aggressively came to me as I wrre.trying to look at the menu that has no price next to it 18$ for a LG . N e way. ,he came to me saying" this ain't no hotel" as I was trying to be calm, he invited me into the restroom to fight stating that I must have something to get off my chest. As I kept asking him to leave us and stop being super ignorant and disrespectful to me infront of my family. There was another white male that worked there, he gave me the menu and saw us leave , didn't stick up for us, as I tried to gather my family and leave ,he chase us outside yelling vaulted and intimidating slurs. I will not ever try to eat there. nor will I endorse it.

The store was very unorganized I put in an order for pick up went to the pickup side to be told I had to wait to check to see if my cheesesteak was done why have a pick up side if there is no one to assist me especially when all I wanted to know was was my order there because I was gonna call the other store to cancel if it was made at another store, but she wanted me to stand in line and told me that the people were there before me even though I put my order in 20-25minutes before I even got to the store just to find out when it was my turn that it was already done when all she had to do was check. It was very unorganized. An she was disrespectful then my cheesesteak was made all wronge so I got bad service an wasted my money I would never return back to that store

Jersey Mike's is awesome! This location knocked it out of the park! Friendly and upbeat staff at this location as well. I rolled up in my Zoomroom to grab a meal with my cousin. Love the taste of their subs. The rolls are made fresh each day! Get to Jersey Mike's if you've never been. I'm glad my cousin told me about them in the recent few years. Jersey Mike's has one of the best sandwiches you'll have in my experience in my many travels.
