Sadly I have to give just 2 star. I love Jersey Mike subs, however they have 1 associate that always puts hardly any meat on the subs. I go weekly at least once buying a giant sub. Yesterday Friday 3-15-24, when I walked in and saw who was making the subs. I turned and left, today 3-16-24, went back same associate making the subs. I decided to stay and get t he sub, as I expected put hardly any meat again as usual. Had to ask her is that all the roast beef you going put on it, she put a little more. But I shouldn't have to ask!!!!! Anyone else that has made my subs, never had this issue!!! I don't understand why this associate is always making subs!!! Sadly tired of dealing with this, so I guess I will take my loyal weekly customer status elsewhere for now on!!!

When I came in I was hearing Manger and or owner was cussing up a storm in the back of the store and you can hear it all the way out front of the store and and he came out to make the orders didn't wash his hands or wear

The entire staff is AMAZING (even though I heard a rumor that one of them puts ketchup on their Italian sub. ?). ? Especially one gentleman that helped make our subs - I wish I had asked for his name because he was so awesome that he deserves his own 5 stars ? .To be honest, we have some amazing subs out our way which would be pretty hard to top. So, no, this wasn't the best sub that I ever had, but it may be the freshest. Clean. Great quality. Excellent staff. Good food.Worth $17.00???? ?

The meat was sliced sooo thin on the the Italian hoagie that I got, mmmm mmm, it was excellent! I was up in Ewing NJ. I had seen Danny DeVito on the Jersey Mike's billboards all over the tristate area, so I needed to try to do a comparison. Delicious. Also I like how the team worked together to give me my sandwich. ?
Had to narrow down choice for a good cheese steak, so I gave it a try as the last visit in Dover was good. The shop is clean. The counter staff poorly trained and could care less. The staff in the back could care less about customer service.Guy on grill was trying hard with a cast on forearm. The person that was making subs was unable to handle the stress of LEADERSHIP. Will not give it another go.

Day shift rocks. Night shift makes you feel like inconvenience. Subs rock. Hot food is a mystery on how you will feel after. The only thing I don’t like is ordering online and getting my sandwich but being told to grab my chips because then I have to get in between customers that are ordering to grab the chips off the rack.
