Sandwiches are always great quality, however they frequently have issues keeping up with the order volume. Everyone is very nice and helpful, but I will eat elsewhere if I’m in a pinch as sometimes I’ll be waiting a considerable amount of time after my pickup order was supposed to be ready. Just depends on the time of day.
The staff works fast, so this is not their fault - just a lot of orders.

Cannot believe I like live in walking distance to this fabulous eatery. An original favorite of mine since they were just the one 1 location in PPB..and h.o.l.y M.O.L.E.Y...the quality is awesome.. I might wind up gaining a few xtra lbs. if I'm not careful.
Parking: EASY.. never need to find a spot bcuz there's always 1 one right across from the front door.

They lock the doors too early. If u close at 9, doors shouldn't be locked at 8:45. This isn't good business practice. I do enjoy the food though.

We were very happy to see that this location uses a separate slicer, counter space, new cheese and condiments for clients ordering gluten free. The staff seemed knowledgeable and were careful to avoid cross contamination using new gloves and clean knives. Other locations did not seem safe as they did not have the separate preparation space, they were just going to wipe down their same tools. If you have Celiac and want to try an option for a sub, this is the location I would try. The GF roll is Udi’s.
Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease - Can’t say no risk, but the staff took precautions that made us feel safe and our family member with Celiac had no reaction.

First time there, heard they had GF rolls so I was eager to try. They asked if it was an allergy, I said yes. He cleaned the prep area, got a new knife, changed gloves and used a mayo squirt bottle to avoid cross contamination from the knife they use to spread mayo on regular bread. The sandwich was fresh, the bread didn’t get soggy and I can’t wait to go back! Very nice staff.
